This time Gansu Spring Festival holiday travel to Luxi, staying at Wenhuajing Hotel parent-child suite is very good, the front desk service is very warm, it is very convenient to have your own hotel supermarket. I chose this hotel when I came to Jixian for a visit, and the overall experience was particularly satisfactory. The room space is large and the front desk service is warm and professional, the check-in is fast, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the beds are soft, and the rest quality is very high. The external environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, and the courtyard is quiet and not noisy. There is a parking lot for free. We have also lived for several days and are very satisfied. The setting is new and fully equipped. There is a free fruit tea coffee machine in the lobby. It is very convenient to send items by robots. It is very close to this fun place. I accidentally polluted the sheets and didn’t make me compensate. It’s very user-friendly. Overall, all aspects are still very good, I recommend everyone to stay and experience it, very satisfied, very satisfied

What I want to focus on is that I checked out about 1 hour after I found that the bracelet was left, called back, found it, and also sent me SF Express.

The environment was very clean and well maintained, with facilities that were tidy and comfortable throughout my stay.

GGuest UserSuch a good hotel, why is the hygiene so poor! The hygiene is very poor. The room was not cleaned at all, there were cigarette butts on the floor! There were cigarette butts in the trash can too. A layer of dust on the TV. Such obvious hygiene issues were not even cleaned up, let alone bed sheets and quilt covers. Always looking for ways to complain! Hope the hygiene issues will be improved. Everything else is good

GGuest UserThe guide was wrongly positioned, and when I got off the taxi, I found that I couldn't find it. After calling, I said that I had moved! It took about one kilometer to find it. I wanted to move to a new place, and the original price is more than 150. It should be good! But when I found it, I found out: reality and ideal are always difficult to parallel! ! ! But it was a bit surprising to me-the room rate posted on the front desk wall of the hotel turned out to be cheaper than the one I had set on Ctrip! Overall, this room has a comprehensive evaluation: the value is equivalent to the price of 80 yuan at the front desk of the hotel. The boss is a real person, recommend staying

The check in was rather complicated though, presumably because the receptionist was doing it for the first time. That’s fine but rather than being given a room card whilst they sort it out you’re made to wait. Was at least half an hour.
Otherwise the hotel room was okay for the price.
