MM470893****I stayed at Hanting Hotel some time ago. The overall experience was quite good. When I entered the hotel, I could feel the clean and tidy lobby. The service attitude of the staff was also very good. I enthusiastically helped me check in. The layout of the room is very warm, the bed is particularly comfortable, and the comfort of the mattress and pillows is just right. The hygiene of the room is also in place, no dirt is found in the bathroom or other corners of the room.
The sound insulation of the hotel is also good, and the noise outside can't be heard at night, which can let me rest quietly. And the hotel's supporting facilities are also comprehensive.

The service of the front desk staff from consultation to the end is very warm. I was in a hurry because of the itinerary and casually mentioned to the front desk that there were several dirty clothes that needed to be dealt with urgently. Miss Sister immediately asked patiently about the material of the clothes, confirmed whether it can be washed by machine, whether it needs to be dried at high temperature, and carefully explained that the details such as not cleaning underwear are professional and thoughtful. Knowing that I was in a hurry, she took the initiative to arrange for the robot to come to pick up the clothes, and I didn't need to run one more step during the whole process, and also intimately informed that I could wash it in about2-3 hours, so that I didn't have to remember it at all.
What is more touching is the meticulousness of the service. The hotel uses professional laundry equipment, with special laundry detergent. The washed clothes not only have no smell, but also have a faint fragrance, fluffy and soft as new. My business shirt was a bit wrinkled, and the front desk also took the initiative to help iron the flat, and even the details were meticulously handled. Finally, the clothes were packed in a clean special bag, attached a intimate card, and the robot was sent back to the room on time, stacked neatly, and the ceremony was full. The young lady at the front desk made the small thing of laundry efficient and heartwarming. I will definitely choose here next time I stay!
