I didn't like the service at all. But afterward, they apologized, saying they thought there would be three of us in the room.

Xingcheng is a small coastal city, half of it is the seaside and half of it is an ancient city. Full of life and romance. I'm lucky to have booked here. The hotel environment is great and the location is great. After coming in from the hot air outside, it suddenly became cool and comfortable. Really nice small Homestay right in the center of the ancient town. Room is small but with a nice little terrace. You have everything you need in your room. The homestay also has a roof top terrace with a good view over the town. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. They offer tandems to ride around the ancient town which is really convenient and a nice to explore the town especially with kids.

My stay at Jinzhongzi Hotel completely exceeded my expectations; the overall experience was excellent! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well. The facilities were complete, hot water came out quickly, the air conditioning worked very well, and the soundproofing was good, making it quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, efficient with check-in and check-out, and patiently answered all my questions. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around, and parking is hassle-free. It's excellent value for money.

5-star old hotel, the shower needs to be improved, the water flow is not enough, it is very scattered, and it is already blocked. Other facilities are quite complete, and the hotel carefully prepared snacks and yogurt. The bed in the standard room is small, not suitable for two people. If you stay with your child, you need to prepare a separate bed for the child.

The room is spacious, with a bathtub and shower, and the towels, bath linens and bedding are clean and tidy. This one was better during this trip, but the customer service staff were unpleasant and rude. I went back to the hotel to take a shower at 11:30 in the evening, but there was no hot water. I tried to turn the red button on the water heater, but it still didn't work. Then I tried to turn the blue button (see the picture, there is no pipe there) and a lot of yellow sewage spewed out, which even splashed on my clothes. , called the front desk, the housekeeping staff brought the maintenance man, and then said that we did not turn on the red button and it was dirty. Then the customer service staff told us ”Don't move it.” It was really speechless. I called the front desk to tell the matter and told the manager to talk to us, but no one contacted us until we checked out. I didn't want to worry about it anymore. But it made me feel bad and ruined the good mood of the game.
