Fantastic! 👍🏻 They have two robots going back and forth delivering things, and during peak elevator hours, these two take up so much space and cause so much trouble. They just stand right in the middle of the doorway and won't move themselves. People with luggage can't even get in! The cleaning staff also joined the fun. Instead of using the staff elevator, they insisted on competing with guests for the elevators, pushing such a large cart that one person would take up an entire elevator, and once they even took up both! I will never stay in this terrible hotel again! It's dirty, messy, and disorganized! After being an InterContinental member for so many years, this is the first time I've felt that being a member isn't even worth it. This is the worst hotel, bar none!"

The fragrance of the bath products is not pungent, and the skin does not feel tight after use. It is obviously much better than the inferior products provided by those cheap hotels. The height of the washbasin is designed to be reasonable, so you don’t have to bend over when washing; the anti-slip floor tiles and handrails make me feel extra safe as I have elderly people at home. Home Inn's service has a kind of ”silent and subtle” beauty. The housekeeping staff always finished cleaning while I was away, which kept the room tidy without disturbing my schedule. One time I returned to the hotel at two in the morning, and the guy at the front desk was not only not impatient at all, but also kindly asked me if I needed a midnight snack. This human touch that goes beyond the standard service process reminds me of the elders at home waiting for their children to come home late. A hotel's location often determines its value. Home Inns are usually located in areas with convenient transportation but not too noisy, within walking distance of subway stations, and with all kinds of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I remember once when I was on a business trip in Shanghai, the Home Inn I stayed in was right next to an alley full of life. In the early morning I could hear greetings from neighbors, and in the evening I could see children returning home from school. This experience of being integrated into local life is something that those isolated luxury hotels cannot provide. At Home Inn, I also discovered an interesting phenomenon - the guests here are of all kinds, including business people, traveling families, and young backpackers, but everyone seems to tacitly maintain a home atmosphere.
