We were first told by the lady at the front counter that we could not stay in since we had passports from another country. It was a hotel rule. After arguing that we already made a reservation, she still told us to get an hotel elsewhere. After telling her many times to call her boss, one very helpful lady came to help and found our reservation and could let us in.
Please train your employee better, or better select them.
The rest of the stay and the breakfast were ok.

GGuest User這家酒店非常令人意外，沒想到會那麼好。進入酒店就看到了牆上掛滿了老鹽場照片，很有歷史感。酒店位於鶯歌海鎮和黃流鎮的中間，到黃流和鶯歌海都衹有5公里左右，剛好在鶯歌海鹽場的位置，和鹽場曬鹽區相對，房間窗户看出去就是鹽場。周邊吃的很少很少，要吃飯建議去黃流鎮，經濟實惠種類還多，鶯歌海鎮這邊相對就顯很少了。酒店門口就是村道，自駕出行的朋友停車很方便，沒有開車的話還是不建議。酒店房間很乾凈，床品也很乾凈，入住舒心。如果是開車到鶯歌海來玩，強烈推薦入住此酒店。

I hope the hotel can install a fan, because it is still a bit hot in the first half of the night. The most unacceptable thing is that there are people having barbecues and sleeping in tents outside, making noise until 3 or 4 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they can't close the windows, so they can't rest at all.
