Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here.
There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect.

Location & Transportation 📍🚌
Public Transport: Extremely convenient! There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes.
Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel.
Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day.
Room & Amenities 🛌
Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well.
Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own!
Dining & Service 🥐☕
Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day.
Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions.

The hotel itself is just okay; the rooms feel a bit dated. There's nothing else particularly noteworthy. If the price is right, it's an option.

AAng_ieOur stay at Hotel Campanile Nature – Cergy Pontoise turned out to be a comfortable stop during our travels through France. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, making it easy to reach without any detours. Because of its location, it seems to attract a mix of guests—small sports teams gathering for events and workers staying during the week. Despite the variety of visitors, the hotel felt fairly calm during weekdays, which made for a relaxed atmosphere.
The room itself was on the smaller side, but it made good use of the available space. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, and the room was equipped with the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, the bed was genuinely comfortable, which is always something I appreciate after a long day on the road.
The only real drawback was the soundproofing. Unfortunately, the walls seemed to let through more noise than I would have liked. One neighboring room happened to be occupied by a couple who is having affair. Their arguments—and other activities that are best left private—became an unexpected soundtrack throughout the night. It was one of those situations where you find yourself wishing the walls were just a little thicker.
Overall, Hotel Campanile Nature – Cergy Pontoise offered a practical location, a comfortable bed, and a peaceful atmosphere for the most part. With improved sound insulation, it could have been an even more restful stay.

EenioycampThis stay far exceeded my expectations, earning a well-deserved five-star rating. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around and find food. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was efficient and quick. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had stable hot water, and all facilities were complete and in good condition. Service response was prompt, with attention to detail. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, offering outstanding value for money. It's perfect for both旅游 (tourism) and short stays. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area.

GGuest UserEklo hotel for the price I rate it Good . The location is not for tourist please , if you’re looking to going to Paris and enjoying the Eiffel Tower among other activities in Paris do not book the Eklo in Cdg . You can book their hotel in Paris , we spent close to 200£ on transportation from Eklo Cdg to Paris and airport to hotel to and fro. Most uber rate start from 29£ to 35£ per trip and it when it’s late the price even go higher , cause we spent a few days we couldn’t be bothered trying to figure out the RER or metro there . There’s lots of traffic also when going from Cdg to Paris it takes upto an hour but coming back at night the road is usually free . The breakfast is good continental serve yourself I enjoyed it a lot . The room has no mirror but there mirror in the toilet . The room window can only be either opened in full or closed no half way or in between blinds opening or in summer the heat might be too much as ofcourse no AC or refrigerator in room . Eklo Cdg is good for people who are there on a work trip , while it’s close to airport it will stress you as a tourist .

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the suburbs, close to the highway intersection. It is very convenient if you don't drive. There are many free parking lots. But there is no supporting facilities nearby, only a bus stop, and it is far from the subway station. The breakfast is OK, the room is small, there is no electric kettle, but you can get hot water in the lobby on the first floor.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very poor. The management needs serious improvement, and the reception staff were not welcoming at all.
The first room I was given had a door that would not lock. After reporting this, I was moved to another room. However, the second room also had issues. The portable heater was broken and not working properly. I informed the receptionist, and someone came up to look at it. I was told it was fixed, but it wasn’t—the room remained cold throughout the night.
On top of that, I wanted to take a warm bath to get comfortable, but the bathtub tap was not working either.
Overall, the lack of proper maintenance and poor customer service made this stay very uncomfortable. I do not see myself returning to this hotel. They really need to do better.

There's staff in the lobby, and the front desk charges a city tax, which can be paid by card or cash. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and a bus stop right outside, which is quite convenient!

TThejessicadukeThe hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.
