Great
AAnonymous UserThe hotel breakfast area was quite busy, but it was nice that you could cook your own eggs. The room was comfortable for sleeping. There are several other hotels nearby. If you're looking for a layover hotel and don't want to travel too far, this one is definitely worth recommending.
NNFa.MThe location is good — it’s close to the airport, the exposition park, and also near Aeroville Mall.
However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. I had emailed the hotel in advance to remind them that I would be using the shuttle service upon arrival. I was told the shuttle comes every hour. I arrived at 9:15 PM and had already missed that one, so I waited at the designated shuttle area from 9:30 PM, expecting the next one to arrive at 10:15 PM.
Unfortunately, I waited until after 11 PM and the shuttle never arrived. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel.
What made it even more frustrating was that I had just come off a very long journey — over 20 hours of travel including transit — and I was traveling with children. It was exhausting, and the lack of proper shuttle service made things worse.
If you plan to use the shuttle, make sure to get very clear and confirmed instructions from the hotel. Despite multiple emails beforehand, this issue still happened. Very disappointing experience.
LLenny LiuThe room size is good compare the other 4star hotels. Has kitchen facilities. Facilities are new. Opened 2024. Has electrical car charging facility as well. Recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good but rather very quiet location. About a few minutes drive for CDG Airport. Not much of a tourist location as advertised. Secondly, the hotel is branded as a four star hotel. I think three is more accurate. While the outdoors and decor were superb, the facilities in the room itself were old and antique. From the pillow (terrible and caused me neck pain), to the work tables, to the wardrobe, it was all OLD. There was a bug in the room (Image attached) and the heating didn't work - as expected. For a ”Four star” hotel, there was no side fridge in the room, no bottled water even if the listing mentioned having this and the breakfast was just there without a lot of options. The dinner, while costing 35 Euros was a waste of funds. On the positive side, the Staff were VERY professional, helpful and friendly. The Internet was quite fast also. Would I return, maybe not. Why? For the cost, I expect more.
AAgha84Great choice if you’re flying in or out of CDG. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, even late at night or early morning. Rooms were well-kept and quiet, perfect for rest before long travel. However, it’s quite far from Paris city center — expect about 60 minutes or more each way by public transport or taxi, so it’s not ideal if you want to explore central Paris from here. All in all, excellent for a transit stop, but not a base for sightseeing.
HHueilinThe building is motel-style, featuring an elevator, a restaurant, a communal kitchen, and vending machines. Rooms are small but clean. The front desk staff speak English and are friendly. The airport shuttle is a 7-seater minibus, costing 6 Euros per person, with pick-up/drop-off at Terminal 2. I arrived by taking a public bus from the Roissypole bus station at the airport to a nearby town, then walked for 10 minutes. This is fine during the day, but I wouldn't recommend doing it alone after dark. Use Google Maps for directions. The bus fare was 2 Euros, and it's best to buy your ticket before boarding.
GGuest UserThe reason we picked this hotel was for the proximity to the airport (to have a restful night before our next day travels) and for the shuttle service. Arriving the day before at the desk, we get a guy who has no clue about welcoming guests with his cold and distant attitude. We asked about the shuttle, he told us it runs every 30 min starting at 6:30 am and it’s 7 Euros a person.
A couple of hours later, the fire alarm goes off and no one has a clue what was the reason behind that. We go down to the lobby with a couple of people at the same level and there was no one at the desk to explain it. Someone in the lobby throws: “it’s a fire drill”! 😣
The next day (travelling day) we go down and ask at the desk: when is the next shuttle to the airport, so we can wait for it, the front desk employee says to wait in the lobby and the shuttle should be there shortly. Meanwhile, we see people getting on a bus outside and ask about it at the front desk and the same guy says that it wasn’t the one and the driver would come get us when he arrives. Little did we know that he had called for a special car ride (probably an associate of him) that took us to the airport with an unexpected 25 Euro charge!!
Not at all what we had planned for a restful and worry/frustration free stay!!!
GGuest User#Praise# Satisfied with the nearby restaurant, room size, lighting in the room, safety; #Negative review# Disappointed with the convenience of transportation, nearby activities
KkaikaichenGiven the low price, I was initially worried about the cleanliness, but it turned out the rooms seem to have been renovated. Aside from being a bit small, there were no other issues. Even with a large suitcase, there was enough space to open it next to the bed. I assume air conditioning is available during the summer months. Bottled water isn't provided in the room, but you can purchase it from the vending machine downstairs. Make sure to have coins on hand, or you can buy it directly from the front desk. The airport shuttle costs €7, but a Bolt ride is around €10. For two people, taking a ride-share like Bolt is actually more economical. The journey to Terminal 1 only takes about 10 minutes.
TThejessicadukeThe hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.
