Our stay at The Lombok Lodge was nothing short of outstanding. I have traveled and stayed at many hotels around the world, but this place is truly unique. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home – it’s not just a hotel, it’s a home away from home. The food was consistently delicious, both in the mornings and evenings. The attention to detail in every aspect is remarkable, and the staff made our stay unforgettable. Every employee knew our names and greeted us warmly, making us feel like part of the family. They even surprised us with special touches for our birthdays, which meant a lot. A highlight was the wonderful day we spent at Bagno di Gili – a magical experience. I am not usually an emotional person, but I had tears in my eyes when it was time to leave. The Lombok Lodge is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and feel truly cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend every person to experience this hotel at least once – if you are looking for something truly special and want to be genuinely taken care of, this is the place.

The room facilities were excellent, and the view was stunning. The staff were very professional. On a clear day, you can see the volcano and a breathtaking sunset. The breakfast is à la carte, and every dish is exquisite; they try their best to accommodate any special requests. The super long infinity pool, the fully equipped gym, and the free sauna are amazing! No more worries about bad weather preventing you from going to the beach. There's a scubafroggy diving center on the hotel beach, offering various excursions, which is very convenient. If you need to catch a flight, leave early; it's a 1.5-2 hour drive to the airport.
