GGuest UserI am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at the manor hotel bareilly. While the hotel staff, including the front desk, housekeepers, and bell boys, were hospitable and courteous, there were some concerns that i would like to bring to your attention. The attached bathroom in my bedroom was not maintained hygienically. There were hair in the bathroom, in the shower area. Furthermore, the hot water supply was inconsistent, and it took multiple attempts by the hotel staff to get suitable hot water for bathing. Unfortunately, this process resulted in the wastage of approximately 4 full buckets of water, which was particularly concerning given india's water scarcity issues. As a returning guest to the manor hotel bareilly, i was disappointed to notice that the hotel's overall maintenance and upkeep have deteriorated over the years. Given the excellent reputation of leisure hotels group, i hope that the management will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to address the general hygiene and maintenance concerns. From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a flat-screen tv and minibar, were top-notch. But what truly set diplomat residency apart was the service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was helping with luggage, providing recommendations for local attractions, or simply offering a warm smile, they made me feel valued and appreciated. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The hotel's location was also convenient, within walking distance to public transportation and local attractions.
