Ssamuel eelGenerally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay.
I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that
But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do...
No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk....
Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too.
They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here.
Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating.
Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

GGuest UserThe resort location is good. It overlooks rudra mata reservoir. Maintenance may need to be looked at. Rooms are okayish and provided with a balcony providing a good view of the lake. Food options are very limited and tastes average. We dint expect to be served ice-cream in winter. The hotel could have provided something else ***** with icecream. Being a chiratmas night we expected some pastry or cake option. Staff behavior is good. Cons: no activity. Better to go for ala carte than dinner option.

Location Cheonggyeongdo service facilities are all great.
I will stay again on my next visit.

GGuest User1. There was no system to uplift the window curtain. 2. No tea or coffee making arrangement was available in the room 3. No electric kettle was there. These are the basic requirements. 4. The locking arrangement of washroom of room number 911 was out of working order 5. Even no person was available to clean the vehicle a lot by the birds during to a cable over the vehicle. 6. Cleanliness neatness was however there. 7.

GGuest UserLocation is away from bhuj railway station but it is ok for middle class people to visit. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. The room was clean. We do not order food from the hotel so no idea. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
