"Checked in on 1st December and stayed in a Hazel Suite. The room was okay, but the service and food were extremely poor. It took 30 minutes just to get plates, even though my room was right above the restaurant. The food quality was horrible—found a fly in the Gulab Jamun, which was clearly present during preparation. This raises serious hygiene concerns. For a hotel under the Fern brand, this experience is unacceptable. Only the name is good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone"

"Location is very good. Clean, well maintained resort. Parking ample. Food is utterly spicy, in spite of informing them to prepare medium spicy food, we were served very spicy food. The south indian food was very over fermented, caused acidity to the whole family. Spicy food caused ulcers to my daughter in law. Resort should improve quality of food. Very poor quality of chocos cereals too. Regenta should keep in mind indian as well foreign tourists while such spocy food. Staff is courteous but need to be trained well for guiding about local sightseeing."

Wash room is saparated the wet and dry zone. All I had pleasant stay here and would recommend others who come to Bhuj to stay her."

"Pathetic ever. Shower was broken. Shower gel bottle was empty, and when asked just filled water. And most importantly, two pathetic policies of the hotel not worth considering. 1. They switch off bathroom exhaust fan at 10 AM sharp till 6 in the evening, and proudly saying, this is policy there is some sensor installed and we can't do anything. 2. Strict check out 10AM, so even after requesting 100 time to the night manager or morning manager to extend till 11.30 as we arrived hotel at 2 in the night and travelling with a kid, they did not change the policy and force us to check out. As such exhaust is also off at 10, u practically can't use bathroom after 10AM, and we checked out without shower. I called MMT for support, and they were also of no use, mmt executive told me hotel is not answering their call. So if you are booking this property keep these two points in mind."

"The Rann resort is really good. The rooms are clean with hot water. Food is great, gives you a kutchi touch. The stay is in Dholavira and great Rann starts right from behind the stay. You can walk miles on the Rann to see the sunset. You will be able to see the reflection so beautifully and will be able to see the horizon from the resort. Harappan excavation site is just 3km from the stay. The drive on their jeep to see the full moon’s reflection on the Rann was good. "

Kutch Safari Resort
"Because our agency hadn't correctly forwarded our hotel booking in Burj, we had to switch to the bungalow complex "The Kutch Safari Resort." This resort is about a 30-minute drive from Burj towards the White Run of Kutch, in the middle of nowhere, so *** was entirely reliant on the resort's restaurant. The reception was friendly and professional, and our luggage was quickly taken to our bungalow (No. 15). The bungalows had a circular floor plan and were apparently meant to imitate a yurt. We had a large and comfortable bed with warm quilts. The room was nicely decorated with typical Gujerica stucco motifs and local textiles. Amenities included a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities and a television. The bathroom was very large, and there was hot water in the spacious shower. Our bedroom and bathroom were very clean. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, but *** had a very fast connection in the reception area, which had plenty of seating. Outside the bungalow, there was a small terrace with seating and a swing. From here we had a beautiful view of the reservoir. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast included fruit, cake, jam, and butter. Fresh egg dishes could be prepared to order. The choice was toast or local bread. The service was excellent. Dinner should be ordered in advance, ideally right after breakfast. Our dinner at the resort was very good and plentiful. The service was again excellent."
