GGuest UserThis was our second visit to the area but our first to the wonderful Excelsior Dolomites Resort Hotel and we'll be back! Our booking (through a British tour operator) had not gone well due to changes made prior to departure, so we were a little apprehensive as to what else could go wrong! We needn't have worried. Despite the room being small and not getting any sun, it had a great view of the slopes to compensate! Our room choice had been limited by what the tour operator had to offer, so next time we'll book direct to get the choice of some of the beautiful rooms/suites we spied while we were there! The most notable attributes of this lovely hotel are the friendly, helpful staff (including the lovely lady who cleaned our room every day), the excellent quality of the food and the brilliant spa. Every member of staff provided excellent service in a friendly manner, particularly Werner, who was a fabulous host, taking time to talk to guests on a daily basis, and Salvatori and Vala in the restaurant. The wonderful food was one of the highlights of our holiday! Great choice for breakfast and the evening meal was delicious, plentiful and we loved the hot and cold salad buffet and ice-cream/cheese buffet in particular! Our days were complete with a dip in the beautiful outdoor rooftop pool after skiing - the spa facilities were second to none and a great way to relax before dinner. Thank you Excelsior & the Call family for a wonderful holiday experience!
MMargarita KishkurnoExcellent saunas! Very good restaurant for dinner. Breakfast at 20€/person was also very worthy. The only minus is that there is no teapot, vat discs, refrigerator, air conditioner)) but this is stated in the description, the hotel positions itself as an eco hotel. But at least a teapot for hot water and banal vat discs would be desirable
