MMoon RockThis is the best decision I’ve made during my trip in Miyazaki. I should have stayed longer here than I did in the previous booking. Almost everything is almost perfect, from the artificial hot spring to the traditional Japanese bedrooms, which are great additions to the Japanese experience. I believe it is one of the most affordable hotels in the area.
The breakfast is a buffet that is included in my stay, and I had to add the Dinner buffet, which is very worth the price since the place doesn't have many restaurants nearby. The hotel is also within a 5-10 minute walk from the JR train station. The staff are also friendly.
I definitely will be back here when I revisit Miyazaki soon. The day I visited was rainy, so I was unable to visit many places.

ががっさんI am a repeat customer. I chose this hotel because I wanted to eat breakfast here. They don't have a lot of items, but each one is delicious. They also have Miyazaki-style cold soup and charcoal-grilled chicken. The French toast takes a little time to prepare, but it's great because it's hot. This time, the room only had a shower, and it was small, but it was well thought out and I was able to stay comfortably. I will use this hotel again if I have the opportunity to come to Miyazaki.

KkumaTravelThe hotel was simple and clean. If you put up the do not disturb sign they didn't always give you new towels everyday. So, it became tedious to ask for them everyday. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay both longterm and shortterm. Room service cleaning was done meticulously so that was appreciated. Breakfast was simple and good. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming.

AAnonymous UserMiyazaki is a small city so getting around is not difficult if you stay in this hotel. There is a few local buses to the hotel from the JR Miyazaki station. Within walking distance of 10min you can find almost everything from shopping to izakaya. The best part I like is the sauna and hot spring. It has outdoor and indoor hot spring baths and sauna. Amenities in the public bath is complete with lotion, tonic, hair gel, shaving form and even towel is provided so you don't need to bring your own. Overall, a great hotel.

BBennie SohnThis is the best resort for healing and summer vacation!! I didn't need go out to find some restaurants or some places to have fun because all those are already in the resort. Especially the view of my room was so great. I would like to visit here again in the future!

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful and it has great amenities (top restaurants including a high ranked steakhouse,, an amazing bakery, a gym, hot spring, laundry room and several stores including a kimono rental store. The hotel is located close to malls and the subway station. The staff are very kind and are always willing to assist even if they are not proficient in English . The breakfast buffet is also great and was included in my reservation. Visiting the steakhouse is a must , it is a tad pricey but worth the expenditure. Miyazaki is known for its beef and chicken. My only negative comment pertains to showers in the standard rooms (there are three kinds of rooms). The showers are very dated, have a weird smell and the shower heads are what you would normally find in a bathroom from the 70s. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, if I had known the showers and tub were so old I would have upgraded to a deluxe room. Overall the hotel is great and it is well priced for its amenities.

GGuest UserIt's in a very convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby and right above Donki with direct access by elevator. There are many choices of shampoo and hair conditioner available for guests to use. The only down side is the air-con only has heat available in late Feb and windows are locked. It makes the room very warm and we need to open the door to let some fresh air in.

Fortunately, a hotel staff accompanied me to the police station to call the police
Help me communicate with the police department, support
Then the next day the staff at the counter before check-out
Also help me call the restaurant to cancel the reservation
I was able to go to the Taiwan Embassy in Fukuoka.
