"The location is great, especially for accessing Shinsadong. Considering Shinsadong is generally a bit off the beaten path, this location is actually quite good.
The welcome drink, however, was disappointing and its availability seemed inconsistent. As for the complimentary amenities offered at the entrance, I felt some staff members gave me judgmental looks, making me feel watched – as if I was taking too many. This was strange because I only took one per day, or sometimes none at all, yet I still had this odd feeling of being monitored.
On a more positive note, housekeeping was incredibly quiet, which was perfect for relaxing even if I slept in late. I enjoyed the train view from my room (though I understand not all rooms have this). Overall, most of the staff were friendly. The bathtub was small, but the water quality was excellent."

GGomenI came to this hotel to watch a concert in さいたまスーパーアリーナ. It's about 8 minutes away from Shinto Shinto Station, and the environment is very quiet. The hotel is not very new, and the decoration is ordinary, but the room is large, which is very good at this price. The front desk staff are very friendly I am older and don't speak foreign languages, but my attitude is very friendly. There is no self-service check-in. It is a 3-star hotel so there is no entertainment. If you just want to rest, it is no problem. It is worth a try.

GGuest UserThe location is great just a few steps from the train station, and nearby a big mall ”AEON”.
The self check-in and check-out, laundry machine, amenities, free coffee/tea and breakfast, and the room itself is perfect. This will be my choice again next time if I come back to this area.

The location is convenient — just one stop from the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for anyone attending a concert at Saitama Super Arena — it’s only one station away!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2025. It was conveniently located, clean, quiet, and had a delicious and varied breakfast. The only issue was the strange, long pillow made of some kind of tubes, which made sleeping very unusual. The location is excellent, and I'd especially like to point out that it's within walking distance of Omiya Station, a Shinkansen stop. Along the way from the subway/trains, or rather, from the station, there are many convenient stores, as well as the huge Lumine shopping mall. By the way, it's a great place if you want to be close to Tokyo and also be practically the only tourist in the city (that's the impression I got). Thank you for a wonderful stay, I recommend it.

ににゃみI was searching for a place to stay before a concert at Saitama Super Arena, and I was drawn in by the reviews and location, so I decided to book. It's just one stop from Saitama Shintoshin, where the arena is located, and the area around this hotel is full of convenience stores and restaurants, so I had no trouble finding somewhere to stay late into the night. The lobby also had a classic feel, creating a very relaxing atmosphere.

GGuest UserThe location was good in front of the station, and there were many taverns and convenience stores and it was comfortable. The room was renovated and new and clean. The bed was Simon and the bed was very comfortable. I was able to spend without any inconvenience. I will make a reservation next time.

ももちや8月。友達と2人で利用させていただきました。
駐車場が狭かったので大きい車の方は苦労すると思います。
受付を済ませ部屋に行きました。最低限の設備はありましたので泊まるだけなら問題ないです。
お風呂はスーパー銭湯レベルの広さで、お風呂カフェ独特の長湯するにはちょうどいい温度のお風呂がありました。
外風呂の近くにある椅子の数は10個ぐらいありましたが全部埋まってました。
ドライヤーは風が強くて良いです。
脱衣所は涼しくて良いです。暑がりな方は水風呂に入ってから出た方がいいです。
お風呂カフェですので本はそれなりに沢山あり、快適な空間で読めそうです。寝ることを優先したので読んでません。
前回来たのが5年くらい前ですが清潔感と民度（馬鹿騒ぎする人が多い）が悪くあまりいい印象がありませんでした。
今回2度目で清潔感と民度が良くなったと感じます。
付近の泊まれる場所の中ではコスパが良いと感じました。
朝食は追加料金でカフェで食べるか、チェックアウトして外で食べればいいので素泊まりレベルなら良いです。
友達は枕が合わず寝られなかった為次に利用することはありません。
