"A modern haven in the heart of local life, with breathtaking views and a beautiful eco-friendly approach!
An exceptional stay in this new hotel that combines modern comfort, an ideal location, and a true immersion in local life. Nestled in the heart of a lively and authentic neighborhood, it's only a 5-minute walk to the old town and its charming alleyways.
The view from the room is simply incredible: a panorama you never tire of, between city and mountain. A true pleasure to admire at any time of day!
Special mention for the establishment's eco-friendly commitment: the staff is largely recruited locally, and the products offered at breakfast and à la carte are fresh, seasonal, and sourced from local producers. We were escorted to the entrance by a local child, and our first contact, Rachid, warmly welcomed us with sweets and a glass of tea. This outpouring of generosity continued throughout our walks, which were guided by locals.
A wonderful way to travel more consciously, without sacrificing comfort.
The welcome is warm, the design is meticulous, and everything is impeccable. A place full of meaning and charm, which I highly recommend!"

Amazing
JjhjqVery beautiful homestay, very new and clean, refreshing and pleasing, especially for breakfast on the terrace, the air is fresh, and you can look at the distance on the side, which is really refreshing.
We are driving by ourselves, communicate with the homestay in advance, telling us that we can park at the bottom of the mountain Hotel Parador, We parked for two nights and charged AED 60. After parking the car, we called the homestay, and the little brother came down to pick us up and help us carry the boxes (it is not easy to find by yourself, but also climb the mountain, the location of the homestay is quite high)
The homestay provides mineral water and drinks, but it is not in the room, it is in the small refrigerator in the lobby. If you want to ask the brother, he will give it.
The homestay is very suitable for taking pictures, and the alley at the door is also very popular. The price of his home is the most expensive one in my half-month self-driving tour in Morocco, but I think it's quite worth it.
Go to the Peak Mosque to see the sunset and the whole picture of Shefshawan is also very close
SSy1234Our first stop in Morocco and it was roof perfect- great location in the Medina, clean, great breakfast at the terrace as described and even provide cold filtered water! Our driver did not drop us off at the right location but Emmad sent someone to help us with our luggage up the stairs. Be sure to contact the riad for directions to avoid climbing the stairs! Communication was easy. Emmad also helped and recommended great drivers and guide for our next leg to Fez and Merzouga- it was extremely helpful especially as we did not have a lot of time and one of us is pregnant. Highly recommended!
WWendy liu-88It is not convenient if you are traveling with elderly people because you need to climb a lot of steps to reach the hotel. However, the hotel is really beautiful and the night view is amazing.
CChloe Cheung_24Nice room, amazing interior and great location in the medina with a drop-off area 2-minute walk away (text the riad for drop-off location). Food was great. We left early in the morning before the breakfast time, they offered takeaway for the complementary breakfast. Lights were a bit dim in the room and the drain smelled in the bathroom.
GGuest UserОтель находится недалеко от медины. Снимали 1 номер на две пары. Номер небольшой, но на одну ночь нормально, небольшой зал с кухней и две спальни. Завтрак был в кафе возле отеля, завтрак хороший.
RRi1taBooked hotel casa miguel , arrived there but we were sent to another hotel Anexo, went there with bags of 15 minutes, the room was different, not that in the photo, it smelled very urgently, But this problem in all the hotels that are in Riads and it was still cold, although the air conditioner worked all night but he didn't heat the room, more in such hotels I won't stop, but the girls who work there were very friendly and polite Karima and Amina seems, they tried to smooth everything! The breakfast was the most common on the terrace. I think the price and quality are not in line!
GGuest UserThe staff and reception women are all very helpful and warm and hospitable and they make effort to make my stay comfortable. All is well until the proporty manager, a gentlemen, turned up ans started to boss around and undo the warmth hospitality these women extend. It he rather cold and business like too.
여여행미니Hostel La Jaya can sort it out in a word.
Why is there no one here?
The reason is that it's a little bit out of the blue street center, but that's another advantage.
There's a stream in front of the rooftop terrace, so the cool sound, the cool scenery greets me day and night.
The facilities themselves are not great, but they are neatly organized.
When I went, the two rooms were being renovated and refurbished.
There was only one shower and two toilets, but there was no problem because there was no one anyway.
It's not a place that many people can use.
You have to go deep inside the village, but you think that the pain is the roof terrace to compensate for it.
I think it can be a good choice.
