GGuest UserThe hotel is in an ancient monastery and it makes all the charm and attraction of the place if you like ”old stones and historical places”. The renovation has kept the original building and improved it to todays comfort. The rooms ( cells) are small but well fitted with a comfortable bed and functional bathroom. You can feel History when you enter the building and anywhere you walk . They have a big outdoor park for pleasant walks .
The church adjacent to the Hotel is worth visiting. I was staying on a weekend and I attended the Sunday mass.
My only negative note is on the breakfast which is very disappointing in terms of product variety and quality. The set up of the breakfast buffet is very poor and not attractive at all. The breakfast team is not as welcoming and friendly as the front desk or lady at the bar, which is not meeting one's expectations in such a place.

GGuest UserDas Hotel liegt etwas versteckt in der Altstadt. Von hier ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren zur Akrobatik WM unseres Sohnes da und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Eine wunderschöne Altstadt mit vielen guten Restaurants. Der Weg zur Halle ca. 20 min. , der Weg zum Flixbus ca. 15 min. Das Frühstück wird einem an den Platz gebracht, es fehlt an nichts. Auf Wünsche wurde super freundlich eingegangen. Auch sprachlich gab es weder in deutsch noch englisch Probleme.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s sports facilities are first-rate, but the mattresses are relatively hard and need to be improved.
The staff is friendly, the SPA is quite good, the 25-meter swimming pool is great, the GYM is very powerful, and the Gym staff is very nice and friendly.
The breakfast can be improved, it can be said to be right, but not very good.
One night the air conditioner broke down and they changed the room at noon. It was not very pleasant, but the staff tried to solve all the problems in the most friendly way, which left me with a bittersweet taste because I woke up very tired, but Can't be disrupted because people want to solve it in a very friendly way, generally I recommend the hotel and will repeat it again regardless of defects.
