Very Good
WWinnieit’s super convenient to get to the hotel using ATL’s free skytrain. It is a short walk (around 3-5 minutes) from the skytrain station to the hotel. If you have too much luggage or it’s too dark to walk, the hotel will pick up and drop off to the skytrain station. Rooms are large and comfortable.
QQINGHUIThe answer to the question of the airport to the airport is not very good. There is no indication that the way to the domestic terminal and the international terminal is different.
CCarly loves travel! We had an impromptu stay here when we had a flight cancellation. It was reasonably priced, had a really nice breakfast, and free airport shuttle which was really convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Nice that a couple fast food places were in walking distance for a quick bite. Definitely would recommend this hotel for any airport refugees.
GGuest UserFree shuttle from/to airport every 30 min.
But staff didn’t count passengers to airport in early morning which should be peak time. I planned to take 5:30am one but didn’t get in due to bus full. I was told another bus will come in 10-15min. But it only came 6am. Staff explained it took time to get a bigger bus and finally all 6am group got in. Lucky that I still had enough time for domestic flight check-in
JJohnny B GoodI didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay.
The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful.
I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.
GGuest UserCheck in was a little slow but the staff member was super nice and apologetic.
The facility was very clean and modern. Plenty of free parking.
The Bowties bar staff service was amazing and the food was really good and moderately priced.
The location is right off the exit of the interstate, however, the airport is across the interstate and you can hear some planes depart/land on the front side more than the back side, otherwise this a great property.
YyuyuehhyThe hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, which takes ten minutes to get there, which is very convenient. Although the breakfast is small, it is also exquisite. The facilities are not very new but clean, and it is worth recommending.
XXiaoquanjinliangThe hotel is only 2 km from the airport S/N terminal.
Because it was an early flight, I called LyFt and it cost 10 USD.
There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport,
but it only starts working from 0530 in the morning.
The room is too ordinary, and the most important thing is that there is no kettle.
Hotels near San Francisco Airport also have kettles like coffee machines, with two bags of coffee powder.
I didn't hear any unusual noise.
