SSissyBurlsThe hotel overall was a great experience! The front desk staff was awesome to work with and offered any help when needed! I would give the cleanliness of the hotel 7/10. The room looked like it needed a good deep cleaning. Our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool along with the hot tub.

The water pressure is low and the water is not going down well.
It's a bit dangerous because the furniture is aging.

SSandra JWEverything is perfect!I gave amenities a four star because of the AC near the window. It is loud and would not turn off. I used three pillows to cover the vent and the noise then became minimal. I had a good night sleep!

GGuest UserWhile this location was easy to get to, the reception was pretentious. I was extremely upset that I had to pay for parking. The shower had mold on the wall inside and along the grout line on the outside. There was a white substance on the carpet in the bedroom and the areas between the bed and nightstands had not been cleaned in quite some time.
