Amazing
MMuhammad BilalAlexia Suite is an absolute gem in Bukhara. Its location is unbeatable, just steps away from the main pedestrian street and all the major historical sites. The hotel itself is a beautiful fusion of traditional Bukhara architecture and modern luxury. The rooms are stunning, combining authentic design with top-notch amenities like heated floors and rainfall showers. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Alexia Suite is more than just a hotel; it's a key part of the Bukhara experience, offering a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Highly recommended.
HH MatthiasEasily my favourite stay throughout my trip in Uzbekistan. It's run by a beautiful family who was so welcoming and friendly.
You really experience a comfortable but local and authentic stay in the heart of Bukhara, just a couple minutes' walk from the main sites.
My room was cozy and very clean, and breakfast served daily was always delicious and filling. They offer free pick up and drop off service to both the train station and airport, and even did my laundry free of charge. Really hospitable place that came at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend!
GGlobetrotter from MalaysiaRustam the owner is very service oriented and arranged for our pick up at Bukhara Station. We had a very nice stay in his home which has ensuite bathroom in the bedroom.
Dun expect hotel quality as this is homestay and with basic breakfast.
It is a short walk in the mosque with 4 minarets and a 15 mins to the place where they are restaurants.
Bukhara is an interesting city to visit but the food factor for Eastern Asian tourists like Japanese , Korean and Chinese food is lacking as with western cuisine though burgers and pizzas are not staple for western tourists.
Overall , very happy stay with Rustam and will come back again
MMladenowskiWe enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture.
The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who graciously covered our taxi fare when I didn’t have smaller banknotes on hand—an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
Breakfast was modest but satisfactory, offering a simple continental selection that provided an easy, light start to the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it served its purpose for a short stay.
Overall, our time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of its prime location, clean accommodations, and attentive service made for an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for travelers seeking convenience and a warm welcome in the city’s historic center.
PS please put tea bags in original covers and add coffee into drinks selection.
GGuest UserThis is an excellent boutique hotel with comfortable rooms. It also operates a popular Western restaurant where I ate every day. The location is superb; right outside, you'll find the Afanti statue, various madrasahs, and the bazaar. Most major attractions are within walking distance.
GGuest UserThis hotel is so nice. I am a picky person when it comes to cleanness but their bathroom is really clean so I am not worried staying there.
The staffs are so nice and friendly, I had my train at 3:00am so I did not book for another night but waited in the hall. They offered me a free night to rest before my train. They also prepared tea, fruits for me as late night snacks. The staff took my luggage out to put in the car for me.
The location is perfect. It took 25-30 mins walk to Poyi Kalon and 10 mins to Choir minor. Really close to everything
GGuest UserVery clean hotel, spacious rooms and great balcony. excellent service! The English at the front desk is very fluent and there is no obstacle to communication! The breakfast type is also good, although it may be because of local habits, most cold dishes. In short, it is the most satisfying hotel on this trip to Central Asia.
GGuest UserLocation-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere.
However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing.
Most importantly, the hygiene standard was concerning. The toilet paper provided in our room appeared to be visibly stained.
AAnonymous UserThe overall experience was good, but the overall facilities are a bit old (perhaps this is the standard in Uzbekistan), and it is a bit difficult to carry luggage without an elevator. The service attitude is polite but not very enthusiastic. It should be noted that you need to pay an additional tourist tax of about 50 RMB to get the small white receipt, and you must pay in cash, which is different from what was written on Ctrip. I am a bit speechless.
VVallicoGood mini hotel, friendly administrators. A minking happened, it is not clear for whom reason, but it is all ruined.
There are breakfasts, cooking cashes, eggs, standard sausage cutting, east sweets, tea/coffee. If you stay at 2-3 night will not be tired if more, a lot of places where you can eat and even drink delicious coffee.
The street is a little noisy, with a sensitive sleep. The mattress is as tough as everywhere in Uzbekistan.
The fen is not in every room, but on request brought, hm, former.
In general, everything was nice, I recommend. Not expensive and pleasant. If you buy the cheapest fans for all rooms and sleep pepper in the peppers, there will be 11 out of 10.
