"I had urgent night to stay. Difficult to find because no sign, luckily when I arrived the lady at counter still there to help me contact staff and they are were nice.
Hotel staff add my WhatsApp guide how to check in. But it will be more easier if you just make check in instructions by photos send to WhatsApp. Unlock the door need to download app which it very difficult if you no internet. Toilet no curtain to prevent water when I use their bath towel wipes toilet floor was dusty. Hotel not provide drinking water."

GGuest UserFirst and foremost, the service is the best I've encountered in dozens of European countries. From the concierge to the front desk to room service, you truly feel honored and comfortable. The valet always leaves my car immaculately clean before handing it over to me, and even provides bottled water based on the number of people in the car before departure. Such thoughtful details. The hotel's location and amenities are also excellent. This is a hotel brand under the UAE Royal Group, and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserExcellent hotel, the staff in general, both receptionists, waiters and maids are very friendly and helpful, the room is very comfortable, the bed is very comfortable.
The location is very good, very central with all the facilities within walking distance.
The breakfast is small but excellent, very complete with a wide variety of fruits, vegetables and typical Hungarian food options.
The pool is great, heated and with long hours (open until 10:00 p.m.). After a long day it's wonderful to be able to take a bath.

GGuest UserCtrip's hotel advertising cover is misleading! The picture on the left gives the impression that the hotel room offers a view of the Ferris wheel and Buda Castle (a stunning night view). However, when checking in, the front desk clerk told us that no rooms at this hotel offer a view of Buda Castle, only city views. The room was non-refundable after booking, and we repeatedly negotiated with the hotel, but they still wouldn't allow us to refund. So, a warning to future guests: if you're looking to see the Danube River and Buda Castle illuminated at night, don't book this hotel! We also hope Ctrip can improve and refrain from misleading tourists!

GGuest UserFor the price I paid, I expected better. The facilities felt standard and the island itself offered nothing special for me. The facial was just okay, though I did have good experiences with the massage and mud wrap services. Breakfast looked fantastic, but unfortunately the taste didn’t live up to the presentation.
During my trip, I stayed at four different hotels across Budapest. This was the most expensive, yet it’s the one I would rate the lowest.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, from the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, through check-in, and all the way to check-out and luggage handling. Every service was polite and attentive. The hotel breakfast was quite rich, with à la carte options, and the fruit was delicious. The room size was quite large for European standards, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The only minor drawback was that the shower facilities in the room were a bit old-fashioned and the drainage wasn't great.

Breakfast was delicious and à la carte options were available. Everything was great. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed this hotel. I chose the room with a little kitchenette, but a daily buffet breakfast was also available. There’s also an Aldi’s ( supermarket) next door, which was a nice surprise. The garden was lovely, each staff person I encountered was the was kind and welcoming. I was able to use the laundry room for free. There was an indoor pool that looked nice, but I didn’t use it. The neighbourhood was quiet and there were convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away. It’s also just five minute walk to a subway/tram/or bus stations. I highly recommend this hotel and hope I’ll have a chance to go back and stay there again.

EE1154****If time permits, I'd definitely recommend staying a few extra days. The views are superb, both day and night, directly overlooking the palace complex. The hotel's service is on par with what you'd expect from an InterContinental, offering excellent value for money.

YYUANDANIn the center of the apartment, the first time to go to the location to find a little trouble, are single-line, there are not many parking spaces on the road, the hotel's parking lot has to circle, knowing that it is quite convenient. Breakfast is okay, the place is a bit small and there have been a lot of people. It rains a day, the outdoor seat can't sit, and you can only stand and wait.
