I must say that every stay at Sama-Sama Hotel KL International Airport has been an exceptional experience. During my recent stay, I stayed on the Premier Floor, which comes with access to the Premier Lounge and meeting room facilities. As a business traveller, this was particularly convenient, as I managed to conduct two meetings during my stay without any hassle. And then, the food! The buffet lunch at The Continents is easily one of the best I have experienced, even surpassing some of the top hotels in Malaysia. The quality and variety were truly impressive. What makes the experience even better is the amazing staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and professional throughout my stay. I would definitely return to Sama-Sama KLIA Hotel again and again. Highly recommended, especially for business travellers!

This is a budget-friendly and older hotel, but all amenities are kept clean. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The pools on the 3rd floor are quite large, and the water temperature is comfortable. It's a perfectly suitable, inexpensive place for a layover between flights. We booked it for 10,000 rubles per night without breakfast, which I consider an optimal price; it wouldn't be worth more.

This was my first time staying at ibis Styles Sepang KLIA. I chose this hotel because of its good reviews compared to other hotels near KLIA. We arrived around 10pm for a one-night transit stay before our overseas flight. The family room was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults and 1 baby, with 2 beds. The surroundings were also calm and quiet. We didn't have much time to enjoy the facilities, but overall the experience was good. The only issue was that the power kept tripping in our room, but after we requested a room change, the issue was resolved. Overall, a good and comfortable choice for a short stay near KLIA.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely come back again! Pros: The location is good. It is within walking distance to various cafes, shops, and popular local spots like the nearby D’Pulze shopping centre and the scenic Cyberjaya Lake Gardens. The unit itself comes fully equipped with all the essentials, and everything was in good condition. Additionally, the panoramic view from the window is great - waking up to that scenery was a highlight of my stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with Cons: First, the air conditioning system is extremely frustrating. it only turns on after pressing a specific touch button, but it shuts off at random time intervals. I found myself waking up in the heat every single night just to press the button again. It is unclear if this is a bug or an intended ”feature,” but it is incredibly annoying Furthermore, there was a severe cockroach infestation upon arrival. They were everywhere in the studio. I had to purchase and set up my own roach traps to make the space habitable, which helped, but this is an issue that should have been addressed by the host before check-in Also it would be very helpful if the host provided a few international power adapters. Since this property caters to foreigners, it is easy to overlook Malaysia’s specific outlet type, and arriving late at night without the ability to charge my devices was a major inconvenience Lastly, the half-wall separating the bedroom from the kitchen area is very unstable and poorly constructed. It wobbles at the slightest touch, and I constantly felt that if I were to accidentally lean against it, it might collapse and leave me liable for significant damages

Had a wonderful staycation at Cyberview Resort & Spa in Cyberjaya! 🌿✨ The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you forget you’re just minutes away from the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a short getaway. The swimming pool was well-maintained and great for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the overall ambience was calm and refreshing. If you’re looking for a relaxing staycation without travelling too far, I highly recommend Cyberview Resort & Spa. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and spend quality time with your loved ones. Looking forward to coming back again! 💚

I regularly choose this hotel whenever I travel for work, so unfortunately, this particular stay was disappointing. I appreciate Mr. Darshan for personally calling me on Thursday to apologise and address my concerns. His follow-up was appreciated. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and do better. As a returning guest, I value consistency and hope my future stays will be a better experience.

We had a great checked in at 12 noon. It was fantastic that we were allowed to check in way before time. The desk officer was sooo good, so pleasant personality and was soo professional. Her service was 11 out of10 if I werw to rate. Will come back.

Overall is ok. Place and location is good. Just the parking really hard to get. The provided video was very blurry till we can’t find the right parking level and parking box even we followed the video instructions. Recommended to update the highest quality video for the guests who came for the first time. Air conditioner weren’t working properly, the positioning was weird till two sleeping places can’t feel the air flow through enough.

The stay was great, the house was clean except the presence of several baby cockroaches (need pest control). Check-in instructions were clear. Wish the checkout instructions were provided timely instead of guest asking for it. Location wise is good, as eateries, malls and airport is all within 30 mins reach. Overall great stay I must say.
