"Even though this hotel is near KLIA 2, it doesn’t matter if your flight is in KLIA 1. Everything is accessible with free shuttle to T1 (every 2hrs) via the hotel or the one provided by the airport itself (every 10mins). You can also do some last minute shopping in Gateway inside T2. The room I booked is enough for a short stay. Its big and kinda nice view. They also have a resto beside lobby with a garden vibes-its cozy and good for a night drink. I highly recommend this hotel. "I stayed here during a layover to decompress from my upcoming travels, recharge, and get some good rest. Let me share my experience with this hotel, which was my second stay. 1. The hotel's exterior looks quite old, but the interior is very nice. The lobby, in particular, is comfortable, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. 2. Check-in is self-service via a machine, which is very convenient! You just need to enter the last five digits of your booking number to check in. The room key card is dispensed directly by the machine. I should mention that before you get the key card, you'll need to pay RM5, which they call a cleaning fee. Honestly, I find it a bit baffling, and I'll elaborate on that later. 3. There aren't many dining options nearby, so you'll need to order food via Foodpanda or GrabFood. Delivery drivers aren't allowed upstairs; they'll leave your order on a table downstairs, and you just go pick it up. 4. The airport isn't far. A Grab ride costs around RM30, which has been consistent both times I've taken it, so the price shouldn't fluctuate much. 5. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as these are not provided here. 6. Bottled water isn't provided in the room, but instant coffee is. There's a Coway water dispenser on each floor in the central hallway, offering both hot and cold water. You can use the kettle from your room to refill, which is quite convenient. 7. There's a smoking area on every floor, located next to the laundry room. If you need to smoke, do it there, as smoking in the room or triggering the alarm will incur a hefty fine. 8. The self-service laundry room is very convenient, but you'll need to buy your own laundry detergent or have it delivered via Grab, as it's not provided here. P.S. (Circling back to that cleaning fee) I paid it every day for my daily bookings, but no one ever cleaned my room! Even when I put the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on, no one came. I even called the front desk to arrange for cleaning, and they told me to take out the trash myself! I was dumbfounded! I stayed for a week straight, paying RM5 every day. I just let it go, but I really suggest they revise their policy, as foreigners might find it quite off-putting."

A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs approximately 40 Malaysian Ringgit. Furthermore, the room was small, the facilities were a bit basic, and the window couldn't be locked. As for breakfast, the options were limited, but it was still enough to fill you up. Regarding transportation, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus, but it's important to note its operating hours. If you arrive after 10 PM, there might not be a shuttle available."

"Overall it just nearby airport nothing fancy, for the pricing to be honest not really worth it. The room is very simple and need to touch up, at night can hear clearly ppl walk by and door open/close. But for the crew service is good as they always put on a smile and the next day free shuttle service is on time! 7am sharp the bus left already which is very punctual. Breakfast is ok but not much varieties, starts early at 6am. However I will not stay this hotel anymore."

I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway and doors closing next door. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs. The in-room Wi-Fi signal was also quite unstable; videos kept buffering, so I ended up using my own mobile data. Additionally, the hotel doesn't offer a free airport shuttle, so you have to pay for a taxi yourself (around 30 MYR). "This hotel is located around 15-20 mins drive to KLIA. Another option while having long transit for next flight. There is a lot of shops nearby but we did not try it since we just stay for a night and back to airport next morning."

".We stayed at the Holiday Inn near KLIA airport in Malaysia. As usual for this chain, the hotel is very good and clean. The pool is nice, but in February the water is cold. A few things to note: breakfast is average, with a lot of Malaysian dishes, and the coffee can take a while, but you can usually find something for yourself. The reception staff are helpful with any questions, and you can leave your luggage for a while. Since we are in the loyalty program, our checkout was extended until 2 PM, which was very convenient because our flight was at 4:30 PM. It’s 30 MYR to the airport by Grab. The location is very convenient for transit, and there is parking available."

The escalator right outside the door takes you directly to the L3 departure level, which is super convenient. The only minor drawback is that the shower only has a half-glass screen, so water tends to splash out. Overall, I'm very satisfied; it's perfect for connecting a red-eye flight to an afternoon domestic flight."

They offer flexible check-in times, with options for 3, 6, 12 hours, or a full day, and there's even an hourly package available on-site, which is perfect for layovers. It allows you to plan your stay according to your flight schedule. They have a gym and provide plenty of water. There are tons of restaurants nearby, including several 24-hour dining options. The only minor issue was that the water in some rooms wasn't hot enough, but they promptly addressed it and moved us to a different room, which was great. Overall, I'm very satisfied. To find it, just go up to 2M from the arrivals gate; Autoo is on one side and Max is on the other, so it's easy to spot. There's also a Thai massage place next door. The Western pastry shop directly opposite the escalator is very famous, with Malaysians lining up to buy from it."
