AAnonymous UserThe hotel is getting old especially the carpets in the room starting to have some smells. The furnitures also look outdated. The lobby and walk way is a bit hot and it’s not preferable especially in such a hot country. Worst part is the air cond in the room is not functioning well. Sometimes it is working fine but sometimes it doesn’t and it happen in the midnight which we felt no air cond at all. Receptionist asked why didn’t inform earlier and I told them it’s not a good idea during midnight when all my kids are sleeping.
Good to have daily free chocolate session but many flies were spotted around the food, it happens to the breakfast buffet too. Good to have free shuttle to airport and Mitsui Outlet but the time is pretty limited and we are forced to spend extra money on grab car.
One thing to note is that if you want to go some where from the hotel no matter how near it is, the starting rate for grab or taxi will be at least RM30 as the hotel is located in the airport zone.
I think the hotel is best for those who need to join the exhibition at its convention centre.

MMSATStrategic locations surrounded by restaurants and near to Super Mall. Easy to access through public transports (Grab) and availability of free car parking at LG floor. Highly recommended for short and long duration stay.
AAnna KarreninaThe place is comfortable with many 24-hour stores near Tamarind Square. It's close to the Cyberjaya MRT station, making it easy to grab a ride. The TV had a slight issue, but it's fully equipped for cooking, has a beautiful view, and the bed is comfy with plenty of pillows.
GGuest UserI didn't encounter the mosquito or hygiene issues that others mentioned. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, everything was actually pretty good. It's super convenient if you have an early morning flight, as you can take the escalator directly from the basement level to the departure hall. Each bed has a pull-out curtain for privacy, which was the main source of noise. However, after 10 PM when most people had settled in, the noise disappeared. I was worried I wouldn't hear my alarm, so I didn't use earplugs and still slept fine. The curtains don't close completely, which actually allowed the super cold AC to circulate and prevented the capsule from feeling stuffy – it was just right.
However, the restroom facilities were basic, which might be inconvenient for women. It was difficult to find using map navigation; I found it immediately once I went directly to the basement level following the address.

GGuest UserI came to stay overnight here to attend our alumni event.
Room is spacious, with a balcony facing the garden. However the sofa needed some cleaning as there were patches of stain and a few (cookie?) crumbs were seen when I first came inside. Parking is near to the room but a bit inconvenient to drag my luggages on the road. I had to carry my luggages instead.
The iron provided in the room was chipped. I didn’t realise it until I added water for the steam to function - it leaked and wet the whole ironing board instead. My clothes ended up getting wet while I tried to iron them. The iron definitely needs replacement.
Food from our group dinner event was below average. Coffee and tea served with sugar and super sweet by the way. Breakfast was okay for the price. Chicken rendang, croissant, and sardine curry are among the ones that are delicious in the breakfast spread.
I came to stay here about 13-14 years ago. But now I think the rooms need a good revamp.
GGuest UserA Serene Japanese Escape with Modern Comfort
This unit was truly a highlight of my trip! It perfectly blends authentic Japanese style with the best of modern comfort.
From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was incredibly cozy and serene. The space felt like a genuine escape, beautifully styled with minimalist, thoughtful touches. It’s clear the unit has been newly renovated; everything was immaculate, pristine, and perfectly functional.
The comfort was exceptional. It was a deeply comfortable place to rest and unwind. The absolute standout feature, however, was the bathtub. Having a dedicated space to enjoy a long, hot soak after a day of sightseeing was the perfect luxurious touch—a true treat that elevated the entire stay.
Finally, the host was incredibly nice and accommodating. Their communication was prompt and kind, ensuring I had everything I needed for a flawless and memorable stay.
If you are looking for a unit that offers tranquility, genuine style, and outstanding comfort (plus that amazing tub!), look no further. Highly recommended
DDiba RahmanA very simple yet pleasant hotel. The rooms are comfortable despite not being large, and you can park right in front of your room. The front desk service was quick and efficient. The Negeri Sembilan food available, especially the spicy options, is incredibly delicious for those who love heat. Breakfast also offered a good variety. The swimming pool even has a slide, though there were quite a few leaves in it from the surrounding trees – but it was still perfectly fine for a swim. The pool is open until evening, creating a cheerful atmosphere with music playing. Its location is also not far from The Shaftsbury and Tamarind Square. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cyberjaya.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing.
The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed.
Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.
