"The room was just excellent for such price, the hotel staff was very professional. The automatic check-in system isn't working perfectly yet - for example, my bank card wasn't recognized. It's good that the hotel accepted cash and that the employee was very helpful. Furthermore, the hotel is quite far from the terminal, about 20 km. This should be taken into account when planning your trip. However, the hotel does offer a shuttle service, and the journey to the airport takes about 15-20 minutes. In general my experience was positive, but it is better to have some cash / different cards and understand that this hotel (despite the name) is not in the terminal and not even really close."

"Overall it just nearby airport nothing fancy, for the pricing to be honest not really worth it. The room is very simple and need to touch up, at night can hear clearly ppl walk by and door open/close. But for the crew service is good as they always put on a smile and the next day free shuttle service is on time! 7am sharp the bus left already which is very punctual. Breakfast is ok but not much varieties, starts early at 6am. However I will not stay this hotel anymore."

The sheets were spotless, and there was no odor in the bathroom, which I really appreciated. The location is a bit out of the way, near an industrial area, but it's only about a 15-minute taxi ride to KLIA, making it super convenient for early morning flights. Just a short walk downstairs, there are 24-hour Mamak stalls. I loved being able to grab some fried noodles late at night – it really gave me a taste of local Malaysian life. **Cons:** The soundproofing is genuinely poor. I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway and doors closing next door. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs. The in-room Wi-Fi signal was also quite unstable; videos kept buffering, so I ended up using my own mobile data. Additionally, the hotel doesn't offer a free airport shuttle, so you have to pay for a taxi yourself (around 30 MYR). When you factor that into the room rate, the value for money isn't all that great. **Summary:** If you're not too picky and just need a clean place to sleep during a layover, this place is a solid choice. But if you're looking for a vacation vibe, you might want to look elsewhere."

"Even though this hotel is near KLIA 2, it doesn’t matter if your flight is in KLIA 1. Everything is accessible with free shuttle to T1 (every 2hrs) via the hotel or the one provided by the airport itself (every 10mins). You can also do some last minute shopping in Gateway inside T2. The room I booked is enough for a short stay. Its big and kinda nice view. They also have a resto beside lobby with a garden vibes-its cozy and good for a night drink. I highly recommend this hotel. "I used this hotel for a solo trip. My flight arrived late at night and departed early in the morning, so I opted for a hotel directly connected to the airport. It was easy to get to the city center, and I was very happy with the hotel – it offered good value for money. There's a complimentary buggy service that takes you from the airport to the hotel and back (they're usually waiting, so you can just ask on the spot). The room was cleaned daily. The plumbing was fine, including water pressure and temperature. There are two power outlets on either side of the bed, so I could comfortably charge multiple devices overnight. The amenities provided were sufficient! As for food and drink, bottled water isn't provided, so you'll need to bring your own. (I think the water in the glass bottle is drinking water, but I'm unsure how long it had been there; the cap was dusty). I also used room service twice as it was inexpensive, delicious, and the portions were generous. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. I'm considering staying here again if I have the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur."

"Staff : polite , friendly , respectful. Breakfast: variety. Local food with western style. Location: having speedmart 99 nearby, few local restaurants, mall nearby. 15/20mins to KLIA. Service: shuttle to KLIA. Best ! Room & amenities : room are clean, bathroom toiletries secure with the lock, feels safe to use, bed is comfortable , hard and soft type of pillows to choose , only the hairdryer suboptimal. Recommend to try this hotel."

"Pros: Cheap, close to the airport, and friendly staff. Cons: Small, noisy, and overly fragrant. You'll need a 50 MYR cash deposit per room upon check-in, so be prepared! There's also an additional 5 MYR per room 'sustainability fee' due upon arrival, which can be paid via Alipay. Make sure to keep your deposit slip to get your 50 MYR back at check-out. The drink machine at the front desk just took our money without dispensing a drink, but the staff eventually just gave us drinks. There's a local mini-mart to the left of the entrance that only accepts cash or Visa; no other payment methods. Beyond that, there are no other shops nearby. If you want food, you'll need to order delivery or take a taxi elsewhere! There's no elevator, only stairs, so be ready to carry your luggage up. They do have a shared water dispenser, which is a plus! Our room was excessively fragrant, as if too much air freshener had been sprayed, giving me a headache. We had to leave the door open to air it out. No slippers were provided, and there was still only one trash can. The room and bathroom were small. A major point: the shower only has a rainfall head, no handheld shower! Let me elaborate on the noise: 1. The bathroom light and exhaust fan share a switch, so the noisy exhaust fan turns on every time you flip the light switch. 2. There was a loud, vacuum-like noise coming from outside the door intermittently, which continued very late into the night. It seemed constant. We later suspected it might be the sound of a water pump operating whenever someone used water. We called a taxi at 4:30 AM and still waited 5-6 minutes; it wasn't immediate. So, allow extra time for ride-hailing. It's about a 20-minute drive to Kuala Lumpur T1. Since we just needed a place for one night and the price was good, we had to accept its shortcomings. If you mentally prepare for these things before checking in, you should be fine."

"The hotel is getting old especially the carpets in the room starting to have some smells. The furnitures also look outdated. The lobby and walk way is a bit hot and it’s not preferable especially in such a hot country. Worst part is the air cond in the room is not functioning well. Sometimes it is working fine but sometimes it doesn’t and it happen in the midnight which we felt no air cond at all. Receptionist asked why didn’t inform earlier and I told them it’s not a good idea during midnight when all my kids are sleeping. Good to have daily free chocolate session but many flies were spotted around the food, it happens to the breakfast buffet too. Good to have free shuttle to airport and Mitsui Outlet but the time is pretty limited and we are forced to spend extra money on grab car. One thing to note is that if you want to go some where from the hotel no matter how near it is, the starting rate for grab or taxi will be at least RM30 as the hotel is located in the airport zone. I think the hotel is best for those who need to join the exhibition at its convention centre."

"The hotel was very clean and spacious. It's truly a gem to find such good accommodation right in the terminal building. The escalator right outside the door takes you directly to the L3 departure level, which is super convenient. The only minor drawback is that the shower only has a half-glass screen, so water tends to splash out. Overall, I'm very satisfied; it's perfect for connecting a red-eye flight to an afternoon domestic flight."

"This hotel is located around 15-20 mins drive to KLIA. Another option while having long transit for next flight. There is a lot of shops nearby but we did not try it since we just stay for a night and back to airport next morning."
