Relax and unwind in the arms of nature on the oversized covered porch! It has a dining table and comfortable sectional for you to enjoy your morning coffee and meals or play supplied games. The yard is completely fenced in for your children and pet's safety.Spot deers and roadrunners as you go for a walk on the trails just outside your door! Walk out the door to one of the many walking trails. Resort Like Amenities*Resort style amenities at this amazing community include the Resort Style Beach Club with an infinity pool. Overall, the Beach Club alone offers 3 pools, integrated hot tub/pool, and a state-of-the-art gym. *Golf cart rentals are also available within the community.
