Four Points Hotels in Chengdu

I came to Chengdu for a trip and chose this hotel with a 'let's give it a try' attitude, as it's not far from the East Railway Station. My overall stay was absolutely perfect, and I just have to praise this hotel! The biggest surprise was that all guest rooms are located on the 25th floor and above, offering unbeatable high-rise views – cityscapes by day and stunning sunsets in the evening. The room itself was spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the corridor at all. The amenities are thoughtfully designed. The buffet breakfast restaurant is conveniently located on the first floor, so you don't have to go far. Breakfast was plentiful, with hot congee, freshly cooked noodles, pastries, and fresh fruit drinks – a perfectly balanced and convenient way to start the day. The second floor houses both the gym and the self-service laundry room. The areas are neat and well-organized, and the gym equipment is comprehensive, so it's easy to squeeze in a workout during a business trip. The laundry room has both washers and dryers, and even provides laundry detergent, making it a one-stop solution for washing and drying accumulated clothes from your travels, saving you the hassle of carrying dirty laundry. This is incredibly friendly for long-term travelers. The staff were all gentle and polite, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The public areas were always clean. The facilities are practical, the views are outstanding, and it offers great value for money. It's definitely my top choice for business and leisure travel, and I've already recommended it to my colleagues!

It was easy to find and had plenty of parking, making coming and going a breeze. The breakfast catered to both adults and children, offering a wide variety of porridges, buns, desserts, and fruits – all delicious and home-style. The housekeeping auntie was friendly and proactively replenished our drinking water and toiletries daily. The hotel overall was quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all, and nearby supermarkets made shopping very convenient. The facilities were well-maintained, with no signs of age or damage, offering great value for money. My family had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We'll definitely prioritize this hotel for our next family trip. Highly recommend it to other families! The room itself was decent, but the duvet and pillows had a noticeable smell of sweat. I ended up turning the duvet sideways to use it. Breakfast was also pretty mediocre. The public areas are compact, but they meet the standards for a 4-star rating. Our main purpose for this trip was to take the kids to play, and nearby attractions were just a taxi's minimum fare away, which was convenient. However, it's quite a distance from the subway.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The location is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and all the necessary amenities.
