The front desk staff were absolutely amazing, so patient and responsible. After I checked in and got to my room, I realized I'd lost my phone charm. I hadn't been able to connect with the butler at that point because I missed their call. During check-in, the front desk attendant (a young man) had asked me to add him, so I sent him a picture of the charm. He actually found it for me! I'm so grateful to the InterContinental staff. My room was upgraded to a larger one, and being in Zone A, it was closest to breakfast, which was great. If you're primarily interested in the water park, you might prefer Zones C or D, as they're also closer to the mall. However, there are shuttle buses available for all areas. You can tell the hotel is a bit older, but the facilities are still well-maintained. The only minor complaint I have is that the air conditioning was quite noisy.

Staying at the InterContinental Century City was such a delightful surprise! The lobby, with its dome and lush greenery, creates an amazing ambiance, truly capturing the essence of Western Sichuan. Our room had great natural light and we slept soundly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The staff were attentive and meticulous, and the garden views were serene and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's excellent value for money with great service, definitely recommended! Our butler, Shirley Li, was incredibly thoughtful and warm – kudos to her! The hotel also offers travel photography, which was a fantastic bonus! My friend and I got some amazing photos there!
