RYM accommodation in Dalian

I brought my mother to Dalian during the off-season. It was a great value for money trip, with beautiful scenery and fewer crowds, and hotels weren't expensive overall. After looking at many hotels, I chose this one. My mother was very satisfied. This hotel is incredibly convenient for getting around, very close to Zhongshan Square and Youhao Square. Both buses and subways are easily accessible, and it only takes about 40 minutes to get to the airport on Metro Line 2. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Dalian Shopping Mall and Russian Style Street. The hotel room was very clean. I booked a twin room, and it was quiet at night even though it faced the street. Complimentary bottled water, snacks, and popcorn were available in the hotel. A friendly reminder: this hotel is in an old building, so there's no elevator. However, the staff members are happy to help with luggage. If you have mobility issues, you might consider booking a room on the second floor.

I've stayed here many times and I absolutely love it. The check-in experience is always fantastic, and the front desk staff are warm and efficient. The rooms are always spotless, with great natural light and views. The facilities are comprehensive and work perfectly, and the bed is incredibly comfortable – it's quiet and peaceful. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is good. We upgraded to a twin room when we brought our children. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Xinghai Park, which is very convenient. However, I don’t know if the sign at the hotel door represents the hotel. We made a phone call to book a one-day trip to Lushun for convenience. We agreed that the small group of 10 people was actually a large group of 20+ people. The previous communication mainly required visiting three attractions. As a result, After getting on the bus, we collected 1,300. In the end, we didn't go to any of these three attractions. It felt like a wasted day (they even took us to the Snake House, which included shopping). Please be careful to avoid pitfalls.

Ri Yue Ming offers excellent service in many aspects. We wanted to stay in a locally-owned hotel, and it turned out to be a very wise decision. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—everyone did their best whenever I asked for something. There are many local restaurants around the hotel, and Olympia 66 shopping mall is right across the road—just a 3-minute walk away. Most of the tourist spots were within 20 minutes from the hotel, and there was a convenience store right next door. I absolutely loved their breakfast and afternoon tea service, which offered a variety of Chinese herbal teas along with plenty of pastries, fruits, and more. If you want to experience genuine Chinese hospitality, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. And the manager (I forgot his name) was super friendly—he’ll help you sort out any problems you might have.
