"Very good hotel, very comfortable. What needs to be improved is that the faucet in the bathroom is very inconvenient to use. It is difficult to adjust the water temperature and water outlet to the correct way. The design is anti-human and inconvenient to use."

"Don't stay here, many other places much better even if lower stars. By the time I came down to breakfast, the few food warmers were empty, including the one cereal. Only one staff at breakfast who ignored me as I thought I had to give room no on entry. Dinner like breakfast was was not worth coming down for. My balcony looks onto someone's roof, not worth an extra 10 euros. No complimentary toiletries in bathroom. I now need to fo buy shampoo and shower gel. Room was hot during the night and AC is loud."

"The location is great, about 2 kilometers from the city center. It's quiet and peaceful at night. There's parking downstairs, and self-check-in is convenient and quick. The apartment is very clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. I really like everything about it and would definitely choose it again next time."

"I and my wife stayed at MC palace a couple weeks ago. This was my 2nd time and i have to say hotel really did exceeded my expectation once again. Special thanks to the hotel staff especially Dilan from pool bar. She was absolutely amazing. To be honest everyone is very helpful either at bar, lobby or pool bar. I hope hotel management really appreciate that they have such a great people and a big asset for them. First of all, this hotel is a 5 star hotel for me compared to many hotels I stayed either in UK or Europe. Once you arrive at hotel, you enter a massive and light lobby then a couple of people meet you to check you in. Really nice pub at your left hand side and very good restaurant on your right. Rooms are clean and tidy most importantly they are massive rooms. I have stayed in Mountain View and Sea view before. Both were really big. I am not sure about the other room types. Pool is really big. And to be honest with you, you will never see towel fight around pool because most of the time is very quiet There is a great addition next to hotel. They have a very famous coffee shop right next door. Also I have realised another famous restaurant at other side of the door will be open soon. Only issue is it is a bit away from town centre. But hotel has a car hire service. It is easy enough to hire. Over all, I enjoyed once again. I will definitely return."

"Convenient and central location, right in the center and in front of very good Syrian restaurant. The balcony was lovely too. The staff was welcoming helpful, and way friendlier than in Paphos, the vibe is completely different and very relaxed in Nicosia. The prices are still high but that’s all of Cyprus, unfortunately. There is a lift, the AC works, the tv works. The breakfast was nice, the lady who works there is very sweet."

"My room was missing some light bulbs and the shower facilities were old. One particularly dangerous thing was the broken glass on the balcony, which could have caused a child to fall. It was truly dangerous. It appears they're currently undergoing renovations, but I wish they'd prioritize safety for guest rooms. There seemed to be plenty of other rooms available, so it was disappointing that they didn't take that into consideration. (See photo) There were some good points, too. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to, and they even lent me a phone charger. There was also a nice pool, although I didn't swim in it. The facilities are a really low mark. The staff are a high mark. That's all."
