I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with any request. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the beautiful view from my window and the quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Guangzhou Marriott Hotel Baiyun offers clean rooms and extensive facilities, making it a comfortable choice for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel stands out for its large premises and modern amenities, but there are a few aspects worth noting for those considering a stay. Room and Premises My room is spacious, clean, and equipped with modern furnishings, including comfortable beds and luxury bathroom. The hotel itself is very large with 2 towers, featuring expansive lobbies, a well-equipped gym. Featured a large garden inside with parrots and squirrels. Executive Lounge The executive lounge impresses with its size and service during happy hour, offering a broad selection of dinner foods and live cooking stations. Afternoon tea in the lounge is much less remarkable, with limited options primarily consisting of basic pastries and muffins. At peak times, especially during Canton Trade fair, the lounge can become crowded, reducing the sense of exclusivity and lacked sense of serenity. On-Site Dining The hotel’s Chinese restaurant food quality is average and can be somewhat noisy, particularly during busy meal periods. Breakfast buffet offers a good range of choices but again crowded and busy during trade show season. Needed to queue 15 mins for admission. Final Thoughts Hotel hardware is good with friendly staff though organization may lag during particularly busy times.

The TV in the room got problem during my stay. Two people try to fix it but fail. But the importance is they did not inform me what is going before they leave my room. Hardware failure is not the problem and understandable. But they need to inform the customs what is going on.
