GGuest UserThis room had just been renovated and upgraded; the design was excellent. I particularly liked the small table, which was perfect for our child to do homework. The bed was large, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. We had a very comfortable stay, and the facilities were complete. There's even a laundry room!

GGuest UserThe best decision I made on this trip to Ergune was staying at the Guna Youan Resort Villas! It completely changed my perception of local accommodation, and I absolutely have to give it a perfect score!
The hotel's design is incredibly stylish and chic, with standalone villa houses. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the views outside – the sunset and starry sky – are absolutely breathtaking!
From booking to check-in, the staff were all incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The front desk lady even gave me a super cute hand-drawn map of the area. Plus, they have a laundry room and a gym, which is a huge bonus.
Here, I truly experienced the joy of 'slow living.' The sunset is a little later here than on the 'left bank,' giving you ample time to catch the falling stars. Next time I'm in Ergune, this will definitely be my top choice. I highly recommend it to all my friends visiting Hulunbuir!

MMomoFacilities: The room has an intelligent customer control service system, the toilet is also smart, the dry and wet partition is very satisfied, and the disposable toilet pad is provided. This is very nice.
The pillow is comfortable. The entrance is the sink, the sink and the toilet area are sensor lights, the sound is small, and it does not disturb people at night.
Disadvantages: There is no exhaust in the toilet area, and the smell is slow. 😂
The hotel elevator needs to swipe the room card, which to a certain extent guarantees safety. On the day of check-in, acute enteritis went to the hospital to hang water 😅 only came back in the middle of the night. There was no one at the door, but there were lights.
Hygiene: Satisfied. The bedding is clean, disposable toiletries are provided, and there are shaving supplies, and the boys are friendly. There is no disposable bath.
Service: Warm and thoughtful, patient with questions and answers.
Environment: See the photo, I like the overall style of the room very much. The window of the room is very close to the opposite building. The curtains are single-layered and there is no yarn layer. During the day, people in the room feel that the privacy is a little worse. The last one was taken out of the corridor window. The corridor lights are quite distinctive and the video was taken.
I came to the grassland and went to Erguna to find this store. I booked it with the mentality of trying it out. I didn't expect it to be very good. The facilities are quite new. It will be about half a year since it opened in 25 years. The room will still have a taste. Service attitude is very good, breakfast is on the first floor, the dishes are quite rich, but unfortunately I can't eat much, hahahahaha. It was a very good experience.

GGuest UserEnvironment: A must-stay at a yurt when visiting the grasslands! Before coming, I was worried about the hygiene and soundproofing of yurts, but this one was truly a gem. Opening the curtains reveals the vast grassland.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean and quiet; the floors were so shiny they reflected light!
Facilities: The gym, washing machine, and dryer were all very well-equipped.
Service: A young man helped with our luggage when we got on and off the bus, and the receptionist was very welcoming. They even brought us hot milk in the evening, which was surprisingly delicious. Highly recommended!
And here's the highlight: you absolutely must feed the lambs! They're incredibly cute and adorable. The donkeys and horses are also very friendly. You can also try the mini-train; both mothers and children had a great time!

The homestay is well organized, the supporting facilities are perfect and the living is safe, and the surrounding view is wide and green. The store is very simple and hospitable. It will take the initiative to help arrange the itinerary of horse riding and watching the grassland. It is comfortable to eat and live. I will choose here next time I come to the grassland.

Ddoomrose室韋雖然是個小鎮，真心很熱鬧很有特點。這家酒店又是在最繁華最中心的位置太讓人驚喜了。
環境：環境沒得説，置身於風情街中心，出門就是著名的索菲亞酒店，再走遠一點就是吃吃逛逛的天堂。
設施：房間佈置的很簡約但不簡單，配色不錯，床頭背景不顯得單調。房間舉架好高啊，我好像是有一次見到這麼高房頂的，空間感滿滿。
衞生：衞生方面嘛，手巾浴巾是有點舊了，不過酒店有提供一次性用品的安心包可謂誠意滿滿。衞生間比較小布局老舊，已經很久沒有見到衞浴在一起的衞生間了。
服務：服務相當ok，前台隨時打招呼，詢問有什麼需要，主動介紹可提供的各種服務。送安心包同時還有送文創紀念品。聽説想睡大一點的床二話不説就給升級房型，住的非常滿意。還是要説，室韋雖然是個小地方，但是這裡是邊境旅遊的必經之地而且非常富有異國風情，是個來了還想再來的地方，而酒店有好的服務就很能吸引顧客再次到訪。

GGuest User平時都不會點評的，但是這一家民宿必須給個好評！入住的時候是晚上了，烏漆嘛黑的突然車鑰匙找不着，我們找了半天很着急，老闆一家得知後很耐心幫我們一起找，老闆也特別著急特別用心調監控，陪我們折騰了快一個小時，最後發現是塞在包裏沒拿出來。虛驚一場，但是老闆的熱心腸讓我非常非常感動！老闆三口一直在忙前忙後的幫忙、安慰我們，心裏暖暖的。民宿很乾凈。額爾古納是一個安靜的小城，我去過很多旅遊城市民宿都大踩雷，沒想到這裡有種家的感覺。熱水器很智能，比家裡的都高級。睡得也很好。但是也有一個不好的地方:主要還是看運氣，鄰居住客的素質。我們入住的時隔壁有一家帶4個小孩，特別吵特別鬧。這家民宿的隔音差了點，我們住一零二他住隔壁一零一，就隔着一堵牆小孩子晚上吵鬧都聽得很清楚。我們開了一整天的車，小孩子還吵鬧到11點多。我敲門去態度很誠懇地跟大人協商，小孩也沒安靜下來。所以如果有帶小孩的旅客看到這一條點評的話，真的很希望大家都出門在互相行個方便，管好自己的小孩。除此之外，這是一家很好的民宿，老闆很温暖善良，我給滿分。慌慌張張忘記拍照了，附上一張藍天白雲🩵

The highlights of the rooms were the air conditioning and heating, the TV wall, and the pictures on the walls, creating an artistic atmosphere. XXingyundehanxueIt's amazing! Hidden in the forest, the fairy tale tree house, the environment is quiet, the window is the pine forest. The room is spacious and warm, and the geothermal and hot water supply is super powerful. The quality of the bedding and bath products is first-class, and the terrace has a great view. The breakfast is rich and the experience is completely beyond expectations. It is a perfect resort worth coming again! Swimming pool, tree house coffee and billiards were things I didn't expect. Absolute treasure hotel, will come again. Highly recommended to everyone 🥰
