GGuest UserThis hotel far exceeded my expectations! As soon as I walked into the lobby, the exquisite and elegant environment and intimate and professional service came. The rooms are spacious and transparent, with good lighting, soft and skin-friendly bedding, and all kinds of supporting facilities are available. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, fresh ingredients, and a variety of choices. The staff are polite and thoughtful, and can respond quickly if there is a need. The whole stay experience is comfortable and complete, I really recommend everyone to stay

GGuest UserThe best decision I made on this trip to Ergune was staying at the Guna Youan Resort Villas! It completely changed my perception of local accommodation, and I absolutely have to give it a perfect score!
The hotel's design is incredibly stylish and chic, with standalone villa houses. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the views outside – the sunset and starry sky – are absolutely breathtaking!
From booking to check-in, the staff were all incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The front desk lady even gave me a super cute hand-drawn map of the area. Plus, they have a laundry room and a gym, which is a huge bonus.
Here, I truly experienced the joy of 'slow living.' The sunset is a little later here than on the 'left bank,' giving you ample time to catch the falling stars. Next time I'm in Ergune, this will definitely be my top choice. I highly recommend it to all my friends visiting Hulunbuir!

GGuest UserWe went from Guangzhou to Heishantou. The boss is a local, and the people are kind and kind. He helped us discount tickets for the local scenic spot! There are grasslands and racecourses in my own home! Mainly because his home is in a good location, you can see the grassland in front of it in the room, without obstruction! Living directly on the grassland, away from the hustle and bustle of the city! The peace of mind returns to nature, the room is spacious and bright, clean and hygienic! And the breakfast is also very good! The boss has his own independent yard, there are many children's equipment to play, and at night, I caught up with the boss to grill the skewers together!

There is no smell when entering the door, the whole house is cleaned, the toiletries are fully equipped, and the air-conditioning hot water is always available. The environment is quiet and not noisy, and the quality of rest is full. Another car is placed in Yining, Xinjiang. GGuest User平時都不會點評的，但是這一家民宿必須給個好評！入住的時候是晚上了，烏漆嘛黑的突然車鑰匙找不着，我們找了半天很着急，老闆一家得知後很耐心幫我們一起找，老闆也特別著急特別用心調監控，陪我們折騰了快一個小時，最後發現是塞在包裏沒拿出來。虛驚一場，但是老闆的熱心腸讓我非常非常感動！老闆三口一直在忙前忙後的幫忙、安慰我們，心裏暖暖的。民宿很乾凈。額爾古納是一個安靜的小城，我去過很多旅遊城市民宿都大踩雷，沒想到這裡有種家的感覺。熱水器很智能，比家裡的都高級。睡得也很好。但是也有一個不好的地方:主要還是看運氣，鄰居住客的素質。我們入住的時隔壁有一家帶4個小孩，特別吵特別鬧。這家民宿的隔音差了點，我們住一零二他住隔壁一零一，就隔着一堵牆小孩子晚上吵鬧都聽得很清楚。我們開了一整天的車，小孩子還吵鬧到11點多。我敲門去態度很誠懇地跟大人協商，小孩也沒安靜下來。所以如果有帶小孩的旅客看到這一條點評的話，真的很希望大家都出門在互相行個方便，管好自己的小孩。除此之外，這是一家很好的民宿，老闆很温暖善良，我給滿分。慌慌張張忘記拍照了，附上一張藍天白雲🩵

ZZhousuxinThe wooden standard room on the fifth floor, which I booked in advance, was clean and hygienic, and the room was very spacious.
