GGuest UserVery satisfied. I read many reviews before booking a room, but all of them were unsatisfactory. Finally I chose this one. The room is clean and tidy, the light is bright, there are no mosquitoes, all disposable items are free, mineral water is available, and there are candies. The breakfast in the morning is also freshly boiled milk and delicious.
The boss was very enthusiastic. He carried our luggage for us. He also gave the children a katydid cage before we left and gave us some heat-reducing tea. He was considerate and attentive.

GGuest UserI give a full five-point rating to the service here. I rarely write so many reviews. There are so many advantages. I was upgraded to a balcony room for free when I arrived. They helped me carry my luggage in the car in the rain when I checked in, delivered a disposable basket to the room, delivered peanut drinks for dinner, and sent souvenirs when I left. The waiter's sincere service attitude throughout the whole process can be said to be better than all the five-star hotel services I have seen. The chef of the restaurant on the 4th floor is very good. The Russian food in the evening is large. Three people ate two meals, and the breakfast is also rich.

GGuest UserI had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room decor was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, creating a warm and inviting environment. The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, making it a very comfortable experience.
Upon check-in, I received a free room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.
Note for foreign travelers: Due to the hotel’s proximity to the border, all foreign guests are required to register at the local police station before checking in. This appears to be a standard procedure for all hotels in the area.
Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

LLuoyouReal name thanks to the boss lady Liu! The night we arrived in Ergun, the northern hemisphere experienced a rare aurora outbreak, which coincided with the Perseid meteor shower reaching its maximum. We filmed in the wild until around one o'clock in the morning before going back. Sister Liu was still waiting for us to check in at midnight, and personally She took us to the room without any impatience and upgraded the room type for us. Thank you very much to her.
The room is very large and spacious, decorated with local characteristics, clean and tidy, with complete dry and wet separation, and all kinds of supplies are fully prepared. It is the most satisfactory B&B we have ever stayed in during our trip to Hulunbuir. If you have a room, Everyone, please feel free to rush! I believe that this stay experience along with the Aurora will become our best memory in Ergun.

GGuest UserThe boss and the couple are particularly good and warm. Our car was unexpected, the couple sincerely comforted, and sent it to the station, helped buy tickets to coordinate the parking space, and sent charcoal in the snow. It is unforgettable so far. I think of it.

The room windows depict the Ha'er River, birch forests, pastures, Wolong Mountain, and the Milky Way, and often feature the daily lives of various animals. You frequently hear ”tap, tap, tap” and ”thump, thump, thump” footsteps, which you might mistake for children running around, but are actually adorable chicks and sheep. Slow down, relax; everything here can slow down. Get to know the people gradually. There's no need to rush to be enthusiastic or get to know them. Feeling safe and comfortable in nature's embrace naturally opens your heart, allowing you to feel the warmth and belonging of home. Thank you to everyone I met in Enhe and Enhe. I think I understand why some friends return here every year. Grateful! This is a wonderful hotel that cherishes nature, culture, and every visitor.

GGuest UserThe room types are rich. Most of them are yurt homestays in Heishantou Town. I feel that it may be a bit cold to stay in autumn. I chose this Mustang Wuxu Homestay. The decoration style and courtyard layout are very literary, the courtyard is full of flowers, there are chubby bees busy during the day, and there are barbecue layouts. There is also a room with a terrace and dressing room, very beautiful! But someone checked in, I am sorry to offend and didn't take it. The picture is very consistent with the actual stay experience. Exceeded expectations, the front desk brother is also responsive, we two stayed but there was a disposable bath towel, told the brother, people were at the family dinner, immediately got up to help pick it up, thank you very much. The service is very good, or the screen cast, and it is worth mentioning that the pet-friendly hotel, you can stroll the puppy in the yard at night, you can see the beautiful starry sky at night, there is no light pollution, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can see the famous Black Mountain head starry sky when you look up in the yard, Safe and warm. GGuest UserMy experience in the yurt was terrible. It is a brick-walled yurt style. The hygiene is very average. There are bugs in the bed and in the bathroom. I have to order mosquito coils to sleep at night. However, the boss's bonfire party is still good and the atmosphere is very good!
