GGuest UserIt is a very cost-effective hotel. It is rare to encounter a hotel where the guest room department is better than the front office department. This hotel is considered to be the best. I didn't have much contact with the concierge, and the guy who came to deliver things was very polite.
The guest rooms are clean and dust-free, and the bedding is dry and tidy and free of smoke smell. What kind of bicycle do you need for four to five hundred yuan? It’s already very good.
The front office is a Waterloo in comparison.
When checking in, when I started to make eye contact with the staff when I was 3 meters away from the front desk, all four people at the front desk lowered their heads and checked their phones, and no one took the initiative to say hello.
Knowing that we were not traveling in a group and only needed one room, they gave us a connecting room without informing us. As soon as I entered the room, there was a door facing the bed... I called the front desk to ask for a room change, and the front desk tried to argue with me, saying that the door was locked blabla. Who doesn’t know it’s locked? The problem is that if it can be locked, there is a key to open it. Unless there is a companion in the next room, few people can help it.
I left the license plate number when I checked in, but when the car came out, I couldn't get out. I called the front desk and found that the license plate number was wrong. I saw that the front desk was not very busy. I didn't see a long line to check in? Why is it so rough to do something?
Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good, the service is disappointing but the room conditions are relatively good.

My wife also said that the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and I have to change the same pillows as the hotel at home (see photos, begging for purchase links, hahaha).
