"Must send five-star praise for the front desk service of Loudi Huatian Hotel! What impressed me the most about this stay was the intimate experience brought by the two staff at the front desk. Rowling (Luo is Luo, Luo is the surnamed Luo, Lin is the Lin next to Wang Zi) smiles sweetly, patient and meticulous when checking in, and actively introduces the hotel's facilities and surrounding food, which makes people feel cordial as soon as they enter the door. Li Yan (Yan is Yan Li Yan) is also enthusiastic and professional, not only quickly and efficiently handled all procedures, but also specially asked about the feeling of staying when we left the store, and handed in mineral water for us to drink on the road. This meticulous care really far exceeded expectations. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, but such a warm and thoughtful front desk service is undoubtedly the biggest plus. Sincerely thank the two, and highly recommend this hotel!"

"It is a very cost-effective hotel. It is rare to encounter a hotel where the guest room department is better than the front office department. This hotel is considered to be the best. I didn't have much contact with the concierge, and the guy who came to deliver things was very polite.
The guest rooms are clean and dust-free, and the bedding is dry and tidy and free of smoke smell. What kind of bicycle do you need for four to five hundred yuan? It’s already very good.
The front office is a Waterloo in comparison.
When checking in, when I started to make eye contact with the staff when I was 3 meters away from the front desk, all four people at the front desk lowered their heads and checked their phones, and no one took the initiative to say hello.
Knowing that we were not traveling in a group and only needed one room, they gave us a connecting room without informing us. As soon as I entered the room, there was a door facing the bed... I called the front desk to ask for a room change, and the front desk tried to argue with me, saying that the door was locked blabla. Who doesn’t know it’s locked? The problem is that if it can be locked, there is a key to open it. Unless there is a companion in the next room, few people can help it.
I left the license plate number when I checked in, but when the car came out, I couldn't get out. I called the front desk and found that the license plate number was wrong. I saw that the front desk was not very busy. I didn't see a long line to check in? Why is it so rough to do something?
Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good, the service is disappointing but the room conditions are relatively good."

The room is spacious and transparent, the layout is reasonable and not crowded at all, the automatic mahjong machine is brand new and smooth, the shuffle is quickly muted, no stuck, no noise, and the experience is full. The mahjong card feels delicate, clean and hygienic, the table and chairs are highly comfortable, sedentary and not tired, and the design is very intimate.

"This experience really exceeded expectations. 418 Huatian newly renovated a batch of smart voice rooms. The decoration style is exactly the modern style I like. The voice in the whole house is really too fragrant. Open the curtains when you shout. The air conditioner switches the lights. The room is clean and tidy for lazy people like me. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The front desk service was warm, the check-in and check-out were very fast, and the details were done in place (the invoice was carefully asked if the invoice message was correct, whether the remarks were required, the email address was received, etc.) and the price was high. DDenniseanThis is really a nice place to relax with the nature up in the mountain away from the bustling city life.
The home-stay provide a panorama view of the rice terrace with unblocked view right in front of the courtyard.
The couple managing the home-stay are really friendly and cooking are really good the greens are right from the garden.
The only uncomfortable thing is the bed which is super hard. Other than that, the rest is good.
Worth to travel here, according to the couple the best time to come here where you can see the great view of the golden padi terrace is between May to September.

The facilities in the hotel rooms are relatively new, the hygiene is very good, and the room area is relatively large. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the room even involves a special cloakroom. Overall, it can be regarded as the ceiling of a luxury hotel in Xinhua. My wife also said that the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and I have to change the same pillows as the hotel at home (see photos, begging for purchase links, hahaha).
The hotel buffet breakfast is very powerful, rich in variety, clean and delicious, especially the rice noodles with spare ribs are really delicious. My wife and children have to eat a full bowl every morning. The waiter is also very capable, cleaning the table and replenishing the dishes in a timely manner.
Our family stayed in the hotel for a few days and was very satisfied. We will choose here next time we come to Xinhua.
