Every morning, opening the window revealed a peaceful and expansive view of West Lake, instantly putting me at ease. Although it's a bit of a distance from the city center, getting around by taxi is very convenient, striking a great balance between tranquility and accessibility. The staff were friendly and polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. It's a highly recommended accommodation option for anyone visiting Hanoi.

My daughter was participating in a math competition, and we found the environment at the Lounge on the 71st floor to be peaceful and comfortable for her to study during the first two days. For the remaining four days, we spent a lot of time at the Lounge and the 3spoons Restaurant on the 62nd floor, as my daughter preferred the hotel's food. I was amazed by the attentiveness and politeness of the staff, who took the time to introduce us to the restaurant's ambiance and cuisine. One particular incident stood out to me when my daughter's favorite sushi was out of stock. The restaurant staff promptly prepared it for us and delivered it to our table, showing their dedication to serving every guest with care.
