"Around 1.2km from Noi Bai Terminal 2 Airport. Took a Grab and reached within 5 mins.. nice place with warm receptionist and staff. Ordered Yang Chow fried rice at the restaurant downstairs for 100K that comes with strips of fried baron with omelette and sunny side up and they delivered to your room. A small grocery shop next door to get all the snacks that you want. Amenities (Toothbrush, razor, comb etc) are fully provided by hotel. Thank you I had a great time there..."

"The hostel wasn’t as a good as I was expecting. The rooms and bathrooms are pretty clean but everything else was a disappointment. There isn’t much of an atmosphere as there is basically only one tiny areas with a couple of beanbags to hang out in since the main area is a restaurant. The pool is pretty dingy in reality and I didn’t see anyone using it. Also the free breakfast is not a buffet as pictured but rather one item from their breakfast menu where you can choose from things like an omelette, pho, and pancakes."

TTraveller1001We really enjoyed our stay at Classyc Hotel! Best thing was all the staff - everyone was so friendly, helpful and smiling all the time! We were welcomed with drinks and snacks on our arrival, got brought up to our room, and every time we go out and come back, they will open the door for us and greet us! Room was comfortable with everything we need - the only thing I would change is having slippers instead of thongs, but that's our preference only. Breakfast was amazing, it had great selection of choices including local food and coffee, all the staff again were so attentive and friendly! On departure we were gifted with a cute Vietnam souvenir which was a lovely touch! Thank you to all the staff members during our stay, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi!

2272425****The room is very good. I've stayed in this homestay's rooms many times, and sometimes I get a free room upgrade. The homestay is located near Vincom Mall and the Korean Embassy, making it extremely convenient for dining, shopping, and leisure. I want to especially commend the service manager, Mr. Phat—his service is truly warm and enthusiastic. If you have any needs, it's best to tell him a day in advance, and he'll do his best to help you resolve them. I recommend choosing their high-floor room types for a more open view and the best value for money.

Aamy3102The hotel is located in the CBD, a bit removed from the city center. It's close to the new town, so there are noticeably fewer motorbikes around. The hotel itself is very large, with its own artificial lake and extensive grounds, ideal for a leisurely stroll after meals in fresh, fume-free air. The breakfast was also excellent and plentiful.

Our very first visit to Hanoi made no exception, and we couldn't have found any better Base Camp, whichever destination in this world, than Vinhomes D'Capitale Apartment Hanoi – Luma Home, regarding everything that really matters to all tourists:

It's a pity that the evaluation scores stop already at 5 points, because Vinhomes D'Capitale definitely deserves higher scores – in each and every aspect of our considerations:
• Just 35 minutes by taxi from the airport. Ditto distance to Old Town.
• A few minutes walking takes you to shopping and any kind of high-quality food (I really mean gourmet meals) from different parts of the world.
• These hotel facilities (shorter ”skyscrapers”, all around 40 floors) are in some comfortable, convenient, and appealing way surrounding each other, and they are then again bonded together with smaller shops/stores, boutiques, saloons and kiosks, offering everything from fresh bakery, haircut/spa, and medicine to any kinds of coffee and workout. And as a pulsating heart of this complete organism, there is this attractive shopping mall.
With other words, you'll find everything you've always wanted but didn't know that you needed, too, on this energetic but at the same time peaceful and safe island, created just for your welfare and safety.
• Your room/apartment is of a higher standard, with a smaller kitchen, fully equipped, so to speak, and with washing machine on the balcony.
• The housekeeping services are just outstanding. Make your private appointments with the room cleaner in accordance with your own schedules, and your unit will be perfectly cleaned and maintained whenever it suits you.
• The 'Landlord' is simply unique, even his English skills are on an excellent level. 👍 ... In addition to always being available, he is also extremely serviceminded and helpful. As a tourist, especially for the first time in Hanoi and Vietnam, you really are safe and taken care of when needed. He even made sure that we had a secure and reliable taxi waiting outside the main entrance early in the morning, bringing us flawlessly to the airport. Thank you, Tran! We are forever grateful. And we will return! ♥️

GGuest UserFinding a hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter can be overwhelming, but I’m so glad I chose La Siesta. It exceeded my expectations – the staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms bright and spacious with comfy beds, an excellent shower, and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast on the 11th floor was delicious, and we also had Vietnamese fish for lunch there, which was outstanding. The view was great. With the 20% discount, the price was excellent for the generous portion and high quality. I highly recommend the restaurant!Truly one of the best hotels we stayed in Vietnam – I’d happily return and will recommend it to friends and family visiting Hanoi.

GGuest UserFirst impressions- feels like a hotel a middle aged business man would stay at. It’s not shiny and new and not much personality.
The staff are helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The shower is not great. We had a tub/ shower and the shower head had zero pressure so impossible to have a proper shower. We had to use the other hand held shower head which had good pressure, but you had to shut it off soap, rinse off, shut it off wash your hair rinse off, so it was a bit of a pain in the ass. The a/c is cold and the water is hot.
The gym was decent and you can get a workout in. The pool has a constant film of pollution on it because the filter doesn’t run on a regular basis it seems. So I only put my feet in. It didn’t look that clean and the pool area isn’t maintained on a constant basis.
The breakfast was average. I can say the coffee was strong. It the food to us was pretty basic so we barely found anything appealing. Poor fruit selection. The bread looked and tasted like it did not come fresh from a bakery but from a package. There seemed to be a little of everything but not much of anything if that makes sense. We much preferred to go out and eat very fresh Vietnamese breakfast on the street. Sometimes I think people just eat it because it’s included, but honestly it was just not for us.
We did really like the area. At first glance there doesn’t seem like much is going on but walk 10 min in any direction and there is a lot going on! We moved out of the old quarter to get more of a local feel and this area is certainly that. Plus it doesn’t have the inflated costs that come with the touristy Old Quarter.
Overall the hotel feels tired but it’s clean and your basic needs are met. They do have very good towels. We would probably stay again because we love the area but would also look around to see what other hotel options we could find. So depends what your expectations are and what you need from a hotel.

MM235551****This hotel has a Middle Eastern opulent gold style, and the room exceeded my expectations. Before coming, I was debating between the Intercontinental 72 and the Dolce Wyndham Golden Lake, but after seeing the golden bathtub (Picture 4), I booked this one without hesitation. It truly surpassed my expectations! The blankets in the room are genuinely beautiful and soft (Picture 3), and the coffee at breakfast is excellent~

GGuest UserRoom less than to be desired, pictures look actually decent, only to find out cockroach in room. There’s no shower curtain either, so water splashes everywhere in the washroom. Location wise is somewhat convenient, about 10 min walk to stores/restuarants. The only positive is the great customer service at the reception and the butlers. They were very polite and speaks English. They offered to switch room due to cockroach.

- Amazing room, great wood smell, a lot of small great details. We had the deluxe room with two saunas.
- Motivated staff to support us. We had a bath issue, technician there within the hour. We wanted access to the pickleball field (perfect by the way!), staff came running with the key.
- Great decor. A lot of different colorful flower everywhere, fruit tree, pond with frog. Also, thousands of beautiful light illuminates the resort at night. Very pretty. Don't expect amazing rice field though, it's a print out (look at the pictures).
- Very calm, away of Hanoi loudness (it took us one hour of transit from Hanoi for d500 000 of taxi). Fresh air!
- Good wifi and smart TV, but wasn't able to Chrome cast from my phone.
Negative:
- Food : Breakfast was literally insta ramen... And Food prices were high for Vietnam (see menu picture). You need cash to pay (can't pay by card), but they allowed us to pay it all on the last day (we booked a cab to a bank 15min away to take out cash).
- No English speaker staff: We made it work through WhatsApp and Google translate.
- Check in/out: There is no reception desk. We were guided to our room by the 24h guard (positive), but we needed to ask the staff the next day about the wifi password.
- No map of the resort or guided tour. Also, the resort is still under construction.
- The ”rock” rooms are artificial (sound empty when you kick it).
- We didn't use the pool since the water was green.
- There is no scheduled weekly activity, so it's really to relax. Staff recommended to visit the ”nearby” national park, but it was 1h away.
- Nothing in the immediate area outside the resort, you have to walk 30-40min in either direction to find other restaurants or shop. (We walk it once and booked a Grab the following time).
