GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at Classyc Hotel! Best thing was all the staff - everyone was so friendly, helpful and smiling all the time! We were welcomed with drinks and snacks on our arrival, got brought up to our room, and every time we go out and come back, they will open the door for us and greet us! Room was comfortable with everything we need - the only thing I would change is having slippers instead of thongs, but that's our preference only. Breakfast was amazing, it had great selection of choices including local food and coffee, all the staff again were so attentive and friendly! On departure we were gifted with a cute Vietnam souvenir which was a lovely touch! Thank you to all the staff members during our stay, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi!

AAnonymous UserGlad to have chosen la siesta hang trung among the hundrrds of hotels in hanoi. Location was close to shops and restaurants yet away from the big crowds. Front desk and door assistants were readily available to assist. Red bean staff were the best. I enjoyed the daily breakfast spread. Tram nguyen is a gem so as rhe rest of the crew (all of them). Both the junior suite and owner's suite are remarkable! See you soon!!!

PPhilaWhen we made the reservation, the hotel was called May de Ville, the rooms looked spacious and we were attracted to it because of the pool and its view. However, a few days before our check-in, the hotel's name changed in the booking, and upon arrival, we noticed that the rooms were a little different. Furthermore, we were only informed upon arrival that the pool would be undergoing maintenance for two days, which was disappointing as we specifically chose the hotel for its pool. While the service was excellent, I can't help but feel disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the pool situation. Upon visiting the actual ”May de Ville,” it became evident that the hotel we booked differed from the one we saw in the pictures during booking. This experience has left me feeling somewhat misled and disappointed.

GGuest UserThe only real issue with this hotel is the location. It is quite far from the old quarter and there weren't a lot of food options immediately near the hotel. The hotel itself did have a nice restaurant but the prices were a bit high compared to other parts of the city. There was a Korean quarter with lots of Korean food however, but even that was a bit of a hike.

DDDAKALUThis was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my four visits to Hanoi.
The property is newly built, with a beautiful exterior and exceptionally clean, well-designed interiors. A pleasant fragrance lingered throughout the rooms and common areas, creating a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere.
The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully arranged for both comfort and functionality. One of the highlights was the rooftop — the pool was stunning and the dinner experience up there was equally memorable.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. They were the warmest and most genuinely kind people I’ve ever encountered at any hotel.
While the location was slightly off the main tourist paths and there weren’t many attractions within walking distance, using Grab made getting around easy and convenient — so it wasn’t a real drawback.
This is the perfect choice for travelers looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and high-quality stay.
I’m already planning to stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with many amenities and easily available customer service! The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options. Excellent customer service provided by Ms.Nga a concierge at the Front Desk.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone! This was a very pleasant stay! Would visit again if we had the chance!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to the airport. It's on the smaller side, but the cleanliness was generally decent. I chose it because I had an early morning flight the next day, which really helped cut down on travel time to the airport. The next morning, to avoid being overcharged by a taxi, I decided to walk to the terminal with my rolling luggage. It's just under a kilometer and took me about 20 minutes. If you're sensitive to the sun or prefer not to walk, you can easily use Grab or ask the front desk to arrange a taxi for you. The walk really is very short, though you might encounter drivers on the way offering you a ride.
