Location is super convenient, right next to the Piazza del Comune. And close different Basilica. The only draw back is, if this is in peak season, people might be noisy on this convenient road and cars start running through early in the morning for delivery. I am a city person, so I am fine with it, or than that everything is perfect as this is the vibes of the city.
Room is excellent and clean.
Host is friendly and really responsive. For foreign visitor, the most important thing is host is willing to speak with us in English.
Facilities super new, nothing to complain.
Highly recommend for a short stay. Cozy and spacious apartment, making me feel like second home in the trip.

Perfect location! It's a 10-minute walk to the Basilica di San Francesco. The Basilica di Santa Chiara and the
Santa Maria Maggiore are also within the vicinity. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Nice daily breakfast. The host made our stay in Assisi memorable!

Breakfast is varied and rich in craft products.
Fabio and his staff were kind and careful to any kind of request.

The best stay ever. Very friendly housekeeper, comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast is included. Nice view from the window. There is a green area near the house. Perfect!

Guest UserIt is a nice place but no air conditioner in the summer. We could not sleep well and up for a few times as it is very hot in the midnight. It was just like sauna in the room.
