"One of the advantages is the proximity to the coastline, only 5 minutes. The furniture is quite old, there is a mountain of dust on the air conditioner. The shower hose is broken, making it impossible to wash. Sliding doors practically do not get damaged; each time you need to lock them with a key, you need to spend about 20 minutes."

GGuest UserStayed there for 5 days and 4 night . The staff we're great . If you love to meet new people specially foreign one this would be a good choice. Though I am not , but I pretty have a great stay there so a big thumps up. They also activities everynight/everyday. I absolutely love the Karaoke night, It's Monday by the way ( yehey!!!) , I guess this is the only night on the hotel that I had contribution to the noise pollution ( a little bit kidding ) 😅😅😅. Though the foods is a but pricey but quiet very good . Oh a big thank you to Haze and Kai ( I am not sure if I spell it out right ). Thank you for assisting and I guess for listening to our after hour request . Always stay cool and friendly. Will definitely recommend this and will definitely want to stay there again .

GGuest UserВо первых, отличное местоположение, пенная доступность от всего (white beach, d mall, набережная), при этом достаточно тихая местность, НО прям под окнами церковь, в которой очень часто проходят концерты, до поздней ночи… В номерах чисто, НО за 5 ночей у нас убирались один раз, и то это мы попросили Завтра на любителя, порционно, местная кухня (рис, яйцо и гарнир на выбор) Очень любезные работники, всегда были готовы помочь ! В целом рекомендую!

EElaine BernadetteTheir service is good. If you have luggage, the location can be a bit of a hassle to get to, since some areas on the way to the hotel are bumpy. I raised an issue with the heater/shower, and they addressed it promptly. Overall, this hotel offers good value for its price and service. In addition, there are discount deals tied to this hotel—just ask them about it!

JJulia_TGood location, quiet and quiet, but, at the same time, walking along the beach to the venue places ~ 15 minutes. The beach next to the hotel is cleaned daily, we booked this place because of the beautiful view from room + location, lived on the 3rd floor. Stayed satisfied, the room was cleaned daily, there are delicious breakfasts with pay on-site, the staff is very friendly and help with any question. If you go to the side of the rocks from the hotel, there will be almost no more people 2 beaches. I think that next time we will come back here, as we liked everything)

GGuest UserLa Banca House... the perfect stay in paradise. The room was clean, comfortable and had a brilliant view. The staff are personal and remember your names and happy to help with anything. Chatting with the manager was always a delight. A nice choice of local and western style breakfast by the pool, accompanied by happy and lovely staff. For some reason people are promoting zone 1 as the best. But we found it desolate. Zone 2 is good for friend groups, but La Banca is situated perfectly in the quietest area of zone 3 whilst being right on the beach. A lovely couples retreat. I honestly cannot think of any negatives. When I go back to Boracay, I’ll definitely be staying at La Banca : )
