GGuest UserThe hotel room is very modern, the health is good, the room is equipped with a massage hot spring bath, it is very convenient to soak in the room!
The staff is very caring, the service is attentive and thoughtful, the food tastes super good 😋😋 I stayed for two consecutive nights and the meal was not repeated. The exquisite and delicious food was very comfortable in the independent room.
The breakfast choice is rich. I thought it was a general buffet breakfast, but there is a designated table with the room, and the food tastes good, the preparation is attentive, it is a good buffet breakfast.
The public hot spring is fully equipped, and you can also make an online reservation for a private style. It is equipped with shower facilities. It is very convenient. It is very convenient to take a bath with friends!

GGuest UserA classic old-school modern hotel with ryokan-type service. The room is huge and has excellent views of the river. On a good day, it should be possible to see Mount Fuji as well. There is also big onsen area with an outdoor bath area.
Dinner is served on the ground floor restaurant and it was a delicious multicourse meal which includes really good wagyu steak with wasabi shoyuzuke. Dessert also includes the region's famed grapes. Breakfast was served buffet style with selection of Japanese and western items.
I drove to the hotel with a rental car. It is not too far from a station on a local line but I recommend driving around to explore instead. The patrons to the hotel also seemed more local.

GGuest UserIt is a traditional hot spring hotel. We stayed in the old wing this time. I heard that one side is newly renovated. The old wing really has its age and the rooms have a bit of a smell.
In mid-February, we made a reservation for the family bath on the 5th floor, but the floor was damaged and had not been repaired. It was dangerous for children to pass by.
The front desk had limited English and could not fully communicate.
There are not many tourists, and overall I am very satisfied.

HHuiTraditional Japanese-style hotel, warm and comfortable, warm service, dinner and breakfast are very delicious, bring parents and children to Japan for 9 days, this hotel is the most distinctive and humane, our whole family likes it very much, the price is reasonable, and the experience is very good (But this is not a big city, there is no subway, it is more suitable for people who drive or charter cars to come), I will definitely come again next time!
