"Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Kriva Ćuprija in Mostar. The hotel is full of character and fits beautifully into the historic Ottoman architecture of the Old Town, which made the whole stay feel very authentic and special. The name Kriva Ćuprija translates to “Crooked Bridge,” named after the beautiful stone bridge just steps from the hotel.
The location is fantastic right in the heart of Mostar’s Old Town and only a 1 to 2 minute walk to the Old Bridge and main bazaar area, so everything is incredibly easy to explore on foot. One of the best parts was the atmosphere: charming, peaceful, and full of old-world character.
The room was clean, comfortable, and suited the surroundings perfectly. It’s not ultra-modern, but that’s part of the charm; it matches the heritage and feel of the area beautifully. The hotel really feels like part of the Old Town experience rather than just a place to sleep.
The restaurant was also a highlight. The food was very good, and dining right by the river made it even more memorable. Such a lovely setting, especially in the evening.
Because of the hotel’s historic layout, getting to the room can be a little tricky, but the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting with luggage both at check-in and check-out. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout the stay.
A beautiful and memorable place to stay in Mostar and full of charm, history, and atmosphere."
