The room itself was very comfortable, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of choices, and the service staff were courteous and attentive. In the afternoon, the front desk proactively offered us a complimentary late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience!"

When I was sitting in reception, Atour employee offered me water without asking. Special mention about the Manager Mr Wang Dong who could speak English and helped me guiding on local transportation. When I called him in the evening for some clarification, he picked up the phone even though he is out of office and answered my questions. Great friendly staff. I liked the breakfast also"
