GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, with a grand lobby that puts you in a great mood the moment you enter! The room is well-equipped, and the front desk lady, Xin, was warm and attentive. Check-in was quick and efficient, and she thoughtfully explained the hotel's amenities and services, which warmed my heart even as a newcomer. The bedding was comfortable, the room was cozy, clean, and tidy, and the experience was wonderful. There are plenty of parking spaces and it's free. The service was professional, and they even offered a free upgrade. The room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby.
Complimentary noodles were provided in the evening, and razors, makeup remover wipes, heating pads, hair clips, and hair ties were delivered to your room at any time with just a phone call. These value-added services are just that.

1️⃣The hotel is in a good location, not noisy around, and is only a starting price away from scenic spots such as Glass City and Wanshan Park Haihui Temple.
2️⃣The room is comfortable, the whole house is smart, and the breakfast noodles are delicious
3️⃣Suitable for those who love to sleep. Check-out time is 2 o'clock. The curtains are closed to block light.
Special praise to Aunt Wang on the third floor for her great service attitude! praise!

As for cleanliness, it was impeccably clean, even the corners were spotless, the floor was practically glowing, and the sheets and duvet covers were brand new. I slept very comfortably. The staff were warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was excellent value for money! I would definitely stay here again next time.

However, it felt like the management was run by unqualified individuals. The front desk staff were incompetent, items in the rooms were not properly arranged, and the amount of breakfast prepared was significantly less than the occupancy rate, leading to a scramble for food and some guests not getting any. The service staff were also rude.
