"I called the front desk today, and a female employee was extremely rude. I asked to register and get an invoice, and she immediately told me to call back tomorrow. I said I would provide the information first so they could process it internally tomorrow, but she became very impatient and told me to call back myself tomorrow. Only after I repeatedly insisted did she tell me to leave a message on WeChat, and then she hung up on me very impatiently. When I called back, she didn't say a word. This isn't the first time I've stayed here, nor is it the first time I've asked for an invoice, but this time was the worst. If it weren't for its proximity to my workplace, I wouldn't stay here again."

And the Wi-Fi is nearly unusable in the rooms, the front lobby works fine though I depended on cellular data during my stay there because the room wifi was only usable at 3:00 in the morning."
