They actively answered questions and explained details or resolved issues whenever we had them. This indirectly shows that the management's training for employees is excellent, ensuring the staff provides top-notch service. The first front desk attendant who checked me in, Zheng Zhuolin, even provided timely WeChat guidance on entertainment, dining, and accommodation essentials throughout my 3-day stay. Hygiene: The housekeeping staff maintained excellent cleanliness on the floors and were always responsive to requests. Overall Facilities and Environment: Every few years I visit Xilegu, and I always notice new changes and improvements. This time, the exterior of the 'Sleepless Valley' has changed significantly. Dining: I had a negative impression of the buffet at Sleepless Valley on a previous visit because it didn't align with my dining preferences, so I didn't eat there this time and don't know if it has changed or improved. What I particularly want to praise is the main building's Western restaurant. Not only is the food quality and taste excellent, but there's a wide variety suitable for all ages and different regional preferences, and the service is also impeccable. Having dined at many buffet restaurants in various scenic spots in this province over the past few years, Xilegu's buffet is, in my opinion, the best. This stay also included a complimentary roast chicken from Zhonghe Restaurant. Entertainment Facilities: The hot spring area and water park facilities haven't changed much. I visited on a Monday, and the hot spring pools were clean, and the water park environment was spotless. Although the staff members were young, they were very responsible and diligent. Shuttle Service: The shuttle effectively and safely transported guests, and the waiting time never exceeded 3 minutes."

"This place is really nice! It's a duplex, and all three beds are quite large, so it was super spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. They offer a lot of thoughtful amenities, like free charging cables, various snacks, and plenty of bottled water. The room even had kids' slippers. There are two bathrooms in total, with two parent-child sinks downstairs and another sink upstairs, plus kids' toothbrushes. The park's electric shuttles are available on demand. On the first day, we enjoyed the cold water and then relaxed in the hot springs. The second day, we went on the rides, explored Wetland Island and the cute animals, and even went boating. It truly lives up to its name as a 'vacation forest' with diverse activities. Almost everything was included in the hotel fee, making it excellent value for money. We were very satisfied with this family trip!"

"Long Bay Natural Hot Spring Resort was an amazing experience! The hot springs are genuinely natural, with clean water and a good variety of pools, each with its own unique feel. "Traveling during off-peak seasons, I chose the newly opened Tangdi Manor, just to give it a try. The manor isn't large, but I was immediately struck by its beauty, as if I'd stepped into southern France: lush greenery and lawns, swimming pools of various sizes, slides for children 🛝, and the option to relax on the lawn with a coffee ☕ or a glass of wine 🍷 – so relaxing and comfortable! The receptionist even kindly upgraded my room. Stepping into the room, it was fantastic! Elegant and comfortable! Absolutely a perfect place for a relaxing vacation! In the evening, you can stroll around the manor, stargaze ⭐, or enjoy a private hot spring bath in your room… If I had to nitpick, the breakfast selection was decent, but I'd suggest making it more refined. Fogang is famous for its rice noodles (both soup and stir-fried), but the restaurant didn't offer them. 🍞 The bread slices lacked butter, there was no tea, only milk, and the coffee selection was limited… However, if you're looking for a relaxing vacation spot, Tangdi Manor is truly a great choice! I hope it continues to improve!"

"Facilities: The hot spring is excellent, and the water flows quickly. The hot spring in the room fills up in no time. The hot spring water is amazing; even after soaking for a long time, my skin doesn't get wrinkly. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. The owner maintains the rooms very well. Even during this humid spring weather, there was no hint of dampness when I entered the room! Environment: Very artistic and inspiring. You can see the owner's thoughtful touches and design sense everywhere. There's even a hot spring on the rooftop where you can soak while stargazing! Service: Truly exceptional. The congee the owner cooks at 6 AM is out of this world (picture 5). The check-in experience was great, and the owner is genuinely a wonderful person."

"After checking in, the room was very clean, with tidy floors and surfaces. The on-site laundry room was fully equipped for washing and drying clothes, and the gym had enough equipment for a good workout, so I didn't need to find another place for my daily exercise. The paper towels can be divided. Don’t use roll paper to wipe your hands. The shower on the highest floor is very rainy. But the location of the bath liquid should be improved. The air conditioner is not cool in a certain room. The lack of staff is indeed a bit. Can the breakfast coupon be not used for this? Since you give the money, it is best to give it all. Don't go to the counter every day to pick it up. Why can't the two pools of hot spring water be given every day? The customer has to go to the front desk to change it. These small details should be improved. Others are fine. I hope I can improve it next time."

"The service was excellent, the hotel was clean, and there were plenty of places to enjoy the entire park. Squirrel Park felt like a childhood paradise, and even in the weather, whether it was rainy or sunny, it was a wonderful experience. There's a wetland island area with a forest atmosphere. The various pools, large and small, are fantastic, and the water play areas have both kid-friendly and adult-friendly slides. There were also musical performances, which the children enjoyed greatly. The evening bonfire concert was a lovely atmosphere. The buffet was delicious."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and I wanted to choose this room type every time. I have been here several times. This time I ate several meals in the hotel. The home-cooked food is really much better in the restaurant outside. The weather is not hot, that is, the children in the swimming pool want to go down to play but dare not. It's very comfortable to walk around the nearby villa area, look at the plants, breathe fresh air. The hotel staff are very familiar! Everyone is very good, very warm and thoughtful. Since last year, the hotel has been equipped with self-service coffee, which is delicious and not bitter.
