"After landing on the early flight, we went directly to the hotel to store our luggage. Knowing that we had not eaten breakfast on the way, Xiaotao quickly arranged breakfast for us. The children were very happy like hungry wolves. When I came back to renew the room card in the middle of the night, I didn’t even know that I was injured. Xiaotao saw it at the front desk, but she immediately went to get an iodine band-aid to help disinfect it. With these two small things, the service is beyond reproach. The room is super big, clean and tidy, I will come again next time if I have the chance."

The Seven Plus toiletries were a pleasant surprise, offering great value for this price point.
The hotel provides complimentary afternoon tea with a decent selection, including grape juice and machine-brewed espresso (though no lattes). We unfortunately had to skip the business meal because we were rushing to see the fireworks and couldn't wait until after 5 PM; the front desk had described it as merely two boxed meals anyway. The breakfast offerings were plentiful, and the noodles were particularly tasty.
A delightful surprise was finding a beautiful small outdoor swimming pool. Upon check-out, we were given a thoughtful parting gift: homemade puffed rice, a small snack from Cha Yan Yue Se, and a compact mirror. This level of genuine thoughtfulness is truly rare and much appreciated.
The only minor drawback was parking during a fireworks weekend. Spaces were quite limited, with the underground lot already full when we arrived in the afternoon. At night, we could distinctly hear sounds from the more remote village road behind the hotel."

"Decided on a whim to visit Liuyang for the fireworks. Seeing it was ranked second among luxury hotels on Ctrip, I booked it without hesitation. The hotel is located right by the Liuyang River, and from the room's balcony, you can see the entire river. In the evening, fireworks are set off along the river, which was a beautiful sight. While the hotel room had a slightly dated feel, it was impeccably clean. The only minor drawback was the bathroom layout; the toilet and sink were too close, making it quite cramped to wash your face. Also, no hair conditioner was provided among the toiletries, which I hope they can improve. During both check-in and check-out, the bellhops were very helpful and enthusiastically assisted with luggage. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home."

We had dinner at the restaurant on the second floor, and the food was very good. In the morning, we enjoyed a breakfast buffet, and both the coffee and food were delicious. We slept well in a comfortable bed with good air conditioning, and a robot automatically delivered water to our room.

The food is delicious and I ate three meals in a row without any disappointments; 3. The room area is quite large and the facilities are sanitary; 4. The stove-side tea-making set meal we ordered only includes one handmade activity, but because we have two children, the housekeeper generously gave us an extra one after communicating with us; 5. My husband drank too much and vomited on the cotton fabrics in the room. I asked for compensation, but the B&B did not accept it. I felt understood and tolerated for this, and I felt better. Things that need to be improved: 1. As the hotel is newly opened, it has not experienced winter yet. The air conditioning and hot water effects in the lobby and rooms are not very good. If it gets colder, it will probably affect the stay experience; 2. It feels a bit too busy during the meal peak. If you order food in advance, you must confirm with the customer service number repeatedly to avoid mistakes; 3. It is recommended that the staff wear uniforms to work. It feels a bit strange to not be able to tell who is the staff during the stay. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the sign is easy to find. It's very close to the Sky Theater, and there are plenty of good restaurants and shopping malls within a 5-6 kilometer radius.
The receptionist was also very warm and attentive, always providing smiling service, making me feel very welcome and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy; I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Liuyang!

PPorter FamilyStaff are very friendly and check-in was quick. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The only downside is that the whole hotel, from lobby to rooms, smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell even got into our sleeping clothes from the room. This is a problem with guest behavior, and I don’t think the hotel can fix it, but it is unpleasant.

Firstly, no deposit was required, which actually surprised me a little, as it's usually standard practice in bigger cities. The area around the hotel is very convenient for dining, with a local market nearby and Tianhong Shopping Mall also within close proximity. The service from the staff was impeccable. My room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, even leaving a thoughtful greeting note. The lobby also provides complimentary wellness teas and lemonade. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.
