"Traveling with a pet, this place was perfect. The hotel environment is lovely, and the room was spacious โ my cat absolutely loved it and felt very relaxed. The room was well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The TV's screen mirroring was convenient, and the tea area was very roomy. There's a pedestrian street nearby, making dining very easy, and a large supermarket for all your needs. It was an excellent pet-friendly stay.
P.S. My cat developed a peculiar fondness for the sink, constantly intrigued by the sound of the draining water."

The female manager Zhou at the front desk was particularly attentive and changed the room for us, but I hope that the maintenance of the hotel will keep up. Some hardware looks a bit low. There is a gap with the local high-end hotels advertised. ๏ฝ The real experience after personal stay! Still recommend it to everyone, come to Xinyang, live in the old city ๏ฝ choose Xiangge, the whole does not step on the pit! No marketing, look at the picture evaluation!"

"I stayed here before and it was pretty good, so I chose it again. But it felt totally wrong this time. No one greeted me when I entered the hotel. There were several people at the front desk, and no one was checking in. No one looked up, and no one greeted me. The room was not cleaned properly, and there were things left by guests on the floor. No one took care of my luggage when I checked out. I had to pick up the car, move it, load it, and return it by myself. No one cared about it. The two front desk staff didn't even say hello, and they didn't help me even if they were busy. The overall feeling was cold, and I didn't feel at home. I was very disappointed."

The facilities and breakfast are worth the price of just over 200 yuan; the hot dry noodles at breakfast are delicious. Because it's located by the highway, it's a bit noisy. Although the room was requested to be non-smoking, there was still a smoky smell when I first entered.
