"This hotel was a fantastic choice for my business trip! The location is absolutely perfect – so close to both the high-speed train station and my office, just a few minutes by taxi, which saved me a ton of commuting time. Check-in at the front desk took less than 3 minutes; it was super efficient, and they even proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor. The room itself was spacious and spotless, with high-speed WiFi and plenty of outlets, which was perfect for getting work done. The soundproofing was also excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety without being overwhelming, with everything from hot congee and coffee to sandwiches. This will definitely be my top choice for future business trips!"

"When I passed by Guibao during the Spring Festival, I always preferred Kaiyuan Hotel. It did not disappoint me. I arrived not long after getting off the highway. The location is very good, right in the city, and there are many places to eat nearby. I love Jiangxi cuisine. The hotel environment is also good, clean and tidy, very suitable for business trips or family stays. We booked a family room, which I thought was a big bed and a small bed, but I didn't expect that there was an extra small room, which is especially suitable for family stays. The only drawback is that there are relatively few parking spaces."

GGeinimaijuziThe room was very nice. I booked it after seeing the price and the non-smoking instructions for the superior room. People who hate smoking are still very sensitive to the smell of smoke. As expected, I was not disappointed. There was no smell of cigarette smoke when I entered, and the room was well-equipped with facilities. If we had any feedback, the merchant would actively resolve it with us. The chair is very comfortable for sitting and lying down, especially suitable for playing games, and even though the road is right downstairs. But I didn't feel affected at all when I slept at night, and the sound insulation was particularly good. The facilities and everything are very new. Highly recommended. I will book this hotel next time.

GGuest UserI was in Xinyu for a business trip and saw that this hotel was quite close to where I needed to be. I didn't expect the service and environment to be so surprisingly good. The front desk service was really excellent; they even offered me tea while I was resting in the lounge area, which was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast noodles were also very unique and tasty.

I happened to see mascots interacting with the kids at the entrance the day I visited. The hotel rooms had everything you'd expect; the bath towels had the Kaiyuan logo. The Chinese restaurant's food was decent, and the fish was very fresh. However, the room facilities looked a bit old, and as a resort-style hotel, I didn't see an indoor children's playground.

GGuest UserThe first time I took my baby and my mother to travel, I was very worried. I took my baby out with a lot of things. Many preparations were not done well. I was especially worried about the inconvenience. I didn't expect this hotel to give us a big surprise and full warmth! Be sure to praise several super caring young ladies! Miss sister at the front desk (unfortunately did not ask for the name) and Miss Yu Wenqin, who is really gentle and warm. Checking in, I took the road to the room and saw that there were many people in our group. I took the initiative to help us upgrade the room type for free. I have been especially wanting to live in a parent-child room before, but unfortunately I didn't grab it. Miss Sister has been remembering it. As soon as there is a room available, she immediately called us to inform us. She also personally went to the room to help us carry our luggage. The whole process was particularly thoughtful and careful. I was really touched. There is also Miss Zhu Xiaofen at the front desk who is also very good. She took a lot of game coins for us intimately. Any questions are answered patiently and meticulously, gentle and patient. Staying for two days, every hotel staff member I met on the road will take the initiative to smile and say hello, treat people very kindly, the family has been talking, never encountered such a good service hotel! Parent-child facilities are really suitable for walking the baby! The large indoor play area, the doll-grabbing area, the beach area, and the endless lawn, the hot spring experience is also great. My one-year-old baby usually sleeps at 9 o'clock in the evening at home. He is not willing to go back to the room when he plays ten every day. He has been pointing to the outside and wants to play again. He has a super happy and fun whole process. I sincerely thank the three gentle young ladies, and all the staff of the hotel for their careful care, full of care and kindness, leaving a particularly warm and unforgettable travel memory for our family. The hotel is in a good location, parking is convenient, the room is large with a bathtub, there are many choices of pillows, and it is a five-star standard bedding. The breakfast is good and rich in variety. The overall style is Chinese, and there are fewer Western choices. The rice noodles are very Jiangxi-style. The surprise is that the lotus root and pork ribs soup is also very good 👍🏻The lotus root soup from Wuhan people is recognized I will choose this one next time I come to Xinyu. It is very cost-effective.
