"Stayed for 4 nights. The environment and service are 10 points. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is clean. I want to talk about the service. It focuses on one intention. Both the front desk and the restaurant can really meet the needs of customers, especially the big brother who is always near the elevator. (It sounds like the staff member is called Brother Yan) You can see him serving guests wholeheartedly from morning to night. When we were leaving, we saw a lot of luggage and the elderly and children took the initiative to help deliver it to the door. He answered all the questions patiently and meticulously. The ponytailed staff in the restaurant carefully checked whether the dishes were missing and replenished them in time every morning. They also reminded everyone before collecting the meal~ The only flaw is that the elevator is really difficult during the morning rush hour. To sit, you need to reserve time in advance. Others are very satisfied and recommended~"

"Yingkou Wanda Yi Hua Hotel gets full marks for its exceptional experience! The hotel is right next to Shanhaiguan Square, and our 270° sea view room offered breathtaking vistas—we could watch the sunrise and sunset over the ocean right from our bed. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively introduced us to local attractions during check-in and even gave the kids sand-digging tools. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was as soft as clouds, and the separate wet/dry bathroom design was very practical. The breakfast spread offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, with freshly made egg pancakes and local seafood porridge being particularly delicious. The waitstaff even offered to refill our coffee. In the evening, we could watch the Shanhaiguan Square fireworks show from our balcony, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making clam digging super convenient. Whether it's a family trip or a romantic getaway, this hotel, from its ambiance to its service, makes you want to come back again!"

"The hotel boasts a fantastic location, with Wanda Plaza, Panpan Road, and Tonghuimen Market all within easy walking distance. It would be helpful if booking platforms could more clearly distinguish between the VIP Building and the Executive Building. The hotel's breakfast truly deserves praise – there was a wide selection, and everything was delicious. However, the broth for the 'Suancai Cuan Bairou' (sour cabbage and sliced pork soup) and the gravy for the 'Doufunao' (tofu pudding) were a little on the salty side."

From the moment I checked in, I could feel the hotel's thoughtfulness—the room's aromatherapy was luxurious yet not overpowering, the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas with consistent hot water, and even the slippers had thick, non-slip soles. The most surprising thing was the automatic air conditioning temperature adjustment in the middle of the night, and the front desk even left a goodnight snack. Breakfast was freshly made with a wide variety, and the staff was willing to take it all away. The location is central yet quiet, within walking distance of attractions—it's a steal!"

It was a very thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. The hotel is very well located in the city center, which makes it highly convenient for business travel. The overall service reflects the Hilton standard — both the front desk and housekeeping teams are well-trained, professional, and hardworking. The breakfast was of good quality, and even when we arrived around 9:00 am, there was still fresh and hot food being served, which shows good service consistency. In addition, the hotel provides 24-hour self-service laundry facilities, which is very convenient for guests on business trips. In conclusion, this hotel is an excellent choice for short-term business stays in Yingkou. Highly recommended."

"I love this hotel. The reception area is beautiful with carp coy/ fish and a sweeping staircase leading to the restaurant . There's a cool bar with piano ( closed off at times) a hairdresser on site . Room is spacious and all the usual tea, coffee , water , fridge . Clean , comfy , reat shower , WiFi works perfectly. Breakfast is exceptional. Such a wide variety of dishes and the restaurant has big windows to see out to the busy crossroads below. You can also see the Temple , pagoda and the park entrance. It's a beautiful park ..well worth a visit , especially early morning to see locals doing tai chi etc. Opposite reception is a great bar , Rose Tavern that sometimes has live music . Turn right you'll see the Hilton hotel and there's a great pizza place within that building . Streets have convenience stores, flower shops , opticians quite a few salons . Left out of reception and straight on to the next busy crossroads there's Full mart supermarket . You're also fifteen minutes walk to the waterside promenade , church , and a great coffee shop inside the International hotel 15 mins from hotel to Wanda Plaza. I highly recommend a visit ."

After discussing with us the day before yesterday, we asked us to choose the original room type directly. This service is still very user-friendly. The facilities are still Trip.com Samsung standard. Quite, smart toilet, dry and wet separation, the surprise is that there is a full-length mirror, but it is a pity that the whole house does not have intelligent guest control, but I think the size of the room makes up for this, it is to pay for the size of this room, after all, in Yingkou such a big house is actually quite small.
