"This hotel is next to a big outlet shopping mall . Not many restaurants nearby , but there’s one Burger King next to the hotel . Lobby pretty new and the front office staff are friendly and helpful . We choose this hotel because it is near the Malaga airport"

"I had a great stay! The place was really nice and the hotel was very clean. I really appreciated the late check-in option, which made things so convenient. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast, which didn’t have many options. Other than that, everything was perfect. I can’t wait to come back again!"

"Lo que más destacaría del hotel es su excelente ubicación y sus instalaciones. Se encuentra a unos 10 min del centro de Málaga y de sus principales atracciones. A unos 5 min se accede a la Alameda Principal. El desayuno consiste en un buffet que es muy completo y variado. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas. Dispone de parking que se encuentra a poca distancia del hotel y su precio es de 18€ por día."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room came with complimentary bottled water and a packet of chips, and free coffee was available downstairs. The hotel's location was decent, just a fifteen-minute walk to the bustling pedestrian street. The only drawback was the cleanliness; the towels were visibly stained, and there was a layer of dust on the top edge of the headboard."

"Good location if you enjoy a 25-30 min walk to centre. Ubers good alternative and reasonable price. Very clean and new building Reception bar is not somewhere you would have a relaxing drink and lack of pool or terrace area is a negative. Breakfast buffet has poor choices- ok if you like processed food. Self serve."

"We stay there for 6 nights to be a focal point to visit nearby towns. Besides from normal necessary hotel services, all of officers are lovely especially Paula , she speak English fluently and also having very good service mind, she answered all of our questions with smile! "The room facilities are OK, and the hotel is in a good location. Behind it is the main pedestrian street full of food and small shops. It is also walking distance from the beach and attractions. The only unpleasant thing is that my college friend and I happened to come to this city and rarely meet each other. I stayed here because he booked this place. And we both booked the same room type. My room didn't seem to have the 20㎡ marked. There was only a bed and a bedside table passage on both sides that was only wide enough for two legs. The window faced the hotel patio and it was very dim without the sun, while my friend's room was more than four times larger than mine, facing the street view, and had a giant suite with three balconies. The key is that it was cheaper than mine! ! ! ! Maybe he upgraded, which is very unfair and makes me very unhappy. I don't want to think if it's because my friend is British. Picture 1 is my room, and Picture 3 is me visiting my friend's room. He also sent a fruit plate every day (the big plate on the table). I can't understand. Such differential treatment"

"The hotel is nice, far from the city center, but there are buses that take 40 minutes to get there. If you are not in a hurry, you can consider it. Malaga Atlas is only 6 stops away, so it is also convenient for shopping."

"The service staff is friendly and nice. There is water at the counter, and the staff will personally hand it to you. They will also help with luggage. The hotel is located in the city. There is a bar with a great view on the 6th floor. I like the atmosphere. The toilet is clean, especially the high-end building materials. The whole hotel is very textured!"

"We came here from a budget hotel so our thoughts on entering the room first were wow and amazing. I've stayed in 5 star hotels few times and also 1 star hotels so have an expectation of rooms and service. The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Got a good rest. There is a comfortable couch, big TV, separate toilet, shower and bath tub, mini kitchen area and AC. Room: Spacious, modern, comfortable, dining table but only one chair... Mini Kitchen: There was a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and sink but no cutlery which seemed strange as you would expect these things to be there. You had to request cutlery etc.. at reception and collect from the buffet area yourself. Shower: The shower was awesome. Spacious with overhead and handle shower. Lots of toiletries. Could have benefitted with more hangers. Has an appealing deco. Reception: Took some time to check in with people before us in a queue. Maybe checkin can be streamlined more especially if all prebooked and prepaid. We were able to add late check out till 5pm for about £20. We came back to the hotel before 5, I asked for some tea bags, but was given a key card, which was weird but just misunderstanding but it meant wasting few minutes we needed for packing. Then our key card wouldn't work on the door which took another few minutes to fix. We were able to get some hot water for the tea afterwards which was kind of them. There is a gym but didn't get chance to use it. Some staff has good English so communication isn't an issue and they will help you with what you need."
