Holiday Apartments in Malaga

Great location. Close to all attractions in Madrid and right in the middle of cafes restaurants and shops. Tastefully decorated apartment with all amnesties. They had thought of everything. Only thing I would have liked is some laundry liquid to be able to use the washing machine. Highly recommended for families with kids who need the extra space on holiday. No cleaning service provided but since we stayed for two days we didn’t need it. Very friendly and efficient service at the reception.

The location is a bit biased, on a small road, there are no shops around. But ubereat is still convenient to order takeaway. At that time, I didn't know that there was also a family in the old town of Malaga. I found out that if I came to the old town next time, it would be more convenient to eat and go shopping. The room was generally nice, but it was a bit noisy in the bustling city center at night. The soundproofing was poor. Also, if you're driving, there's no parking at the hotel; you'll need to park in a paid parking lot outside, which costs around 27 euros for 24 hours. This is something to consider when booking.

No staff at the reception when we arrived at 4pm, so we had to use local line to contact them. The room is big. Have to park in the public parking which is around 10mins walk away from the hotel. Hotel located in small alley.

The apartment is very new, with relatively complete facilities. The environment is very quiet. The location is very close to the city center. It is very convenient to go anywhere on foot. Cleaning is done every 7 days. We stayed for 6 days, so there was no one to clean it and we had to maintain it ourselves. There was an episode when I checked in, because the hotel where I checked in and the apartment were not at the same address, and because the address given by Google was wrong, it took me an hour to find the hotel.

Room environment is cozy and spacious with a lawn balcony that’s very nice for chilling and some stretches. Very good location which near the avenue and harbour front for shopping and jogging as well as the landmarks like the mirador de Gibralfaro. However the wifi was so weak hopefully the signal will be improved. Overall it’s a nice apartment to live.

We reserved the loft and we had high expectation with the accommodation given that the photos and reviews were great. In reality, everything was great as expected including cleanliness, location and amenities. It is very close to Malaga Cathedral, and the room environment is decently refurbished. However, the service is not up to standard. First of all, we arrived early and requested for an early check-in. However, the request cannot be fulfilled. Second, there was no luggage storage within the facility and we had no choice but to spend extra money for nearby lockers. Third, the check-in service is all set up and processed via online check-in form and WhatsApp. The contact persons are not helpful as our requests were not fulfilled. No early check-in, no luggage storage and no real-person concierge. Also, the Wi-Fi password is too complicated and the room access requires the hotel Wi-Fi connection. The mobile connection is weak for the area. Overall, the accommodation was great, but the guest service has a big room of improvement.
