"I highly recommend this hotel! It's located right in the city center, directly across from the Tourist Information Center where you can book all sorts of day trips upon arrival. There are tons of restaurant choices nearby. Getting to Santa Claus Village is super easy from here too – just catch the bus at the main road behind the Tourist Information Center. It's only 7 euros round trip per person and runs every 20 minutes, which is really convenient. The hotel also has a sauna, perfect for warming up and shaking off the cold after a winter day. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is plentiful. I'd definitely stay here again next time!"

"Our stay in the glass igloo was amazing! The accommodation was very clean, and it included all the necessary amenities. It even came with a kitchenette. We were fortunate to see the aurora borealis just outside our igloo on the night we arrived, and watching the sunrise from the igloo was simply magical. The meals at the resort were fantastic. I would highly recommend the Fox Arctic Glass Igloo Resorts for a memorable experience."

"Overall: Generally nice hotel with an excellent location in downtown Rovaniemi. Loved the bedding and the extra pillow for stacking. The room does come with air conditioning; however, it's not really noticeable. Luckily, there's a small, openable window section to let in cool air from outside. The room is as expected; however, the bathroom is really toooooo tight and small. Location-wise, perfect. A close walk (literally within minutes) to the main street, with lots of stores and restaurants."

I booked a room with a sauna, but the sauna is the best and the view from the window is so beautiful that I can't say anything.
All the meals are delicious and the service of the clerk is the best.
They are very experienced and grasp the hearts of the guests.
This hotel is really recommended.

I booked a room with a sauna, and the sauna was absolutely fantastic. The view from the window was incredibly beautiful—beyond words.
All of the meals were delicious, and the staff provided exceptional service.
They are highly experienced and really know how to make guests feel welcome.
I genuinely recommend this hotel.

"Since it was a detached building, there were no special services! I knew that when I went, so there were no problems.
There were also facilities where you can learn about the Northern Lights and Finnish nature, as well as a large supermarket, within walking distance, so there were no problems. I recommend this hotel for those who are just looking for a place to stay!"

"The staff was excellent and service good. Happy that the man course for dinner was included in the price. A good touch since it was really cold and would have been a challenge to go out for dinner. We were also lucky enough to catch the northern lights. Considering the amount we paid, I was expecting a bit more amenities and faculties - like a public sauna or/and a steam room. The room was also bit cold and underfloor heating in the bathroom would have been good. To be fair, we were there during the coldest weather spell in Rovaniemi for 10 years (so we we’re told) with temp dipping to as low as 35 deg C."

"It was a wonderful 3 nights stay in the lovely town of Rovaniemi. The hotel is located in the city center, which makes dining and shopping and getting around anywhere super convenient. The train station is also a short 5 minutes drive away. My room was clean, cosy, spacious and tastefully designed. Love the Finnish sauna; we went everyday! Also the breakfast spread was super lovely; love the crayfish salad. The hotel also uses Iittala and Marimekko tableware in the breakfast buffet as well as in the room. I love the Iittala cup they used in the room so much that I bought 2 for my house! Totally recommend this hotel if you visit Rovaniemi!"

Front Desk being very nice, giving useful advice in transport and travel information. They allow earlier check-in too if room already available!
Be careful on toilet as the water may leak on ground, it is design problem nothing can be changed though.
From city centre to hotel is a 7 mins walk (without luggage) (little upslope), which is already a very convenient choice in Rovaniemi

QQiqishiキキThis Nordic-style cabin was brand new and impeccably clean! The only minor issue was that the shower drain was a bit slow, causing some water to seep out from the glass partition, but it's a small detail that doesn't detract from an otherwise very satisfying stay. The large window on the first floor offered a stunning view, and the glass even had beautiful ice crystals on it. The hotel is just a three to five-minute walk from Santa Claus Village. An Uber from the airport cost only 10 euros, which was incredibly convenient! The breakfast was also delicious. While the selection was the same every day, the variety and taste were excellent. I would definitely choose this place again!

LLaolihenverpiaoboI can only say that I must stay here next time. Friends who have cars, don’t hesitate. There is no need to spend a lot of money to live in the city. It’s a 10-minute drive. This hotel really surprised me. It’s quiet and the environment is so good. I didn’t expect it. For 100 yuan, you can live in a detached building with a sauna. It has parking for everything and is convenient. My only complaint is that the bedding is not as warm and thin as in the hotel. The thin layer is not enough for two people. It is a bit simple.

The cons may be that the lobby doesn’t have common toilet access and the check in time is quite late (though they did notify earlier check in after). I did not know my breakfast was provided in the fridge as it was not in the email confirmation or instructions.

The sauna is very hot and refreshing. It is some distance from the city, but there is a ski resort next to it, which is very suitable for skiers.
Although there is food available in the morning, lunch and dinner are a bit expensive, with a burger costing 24 or 25 euros.

GGuest UserRight in Santa Claus village. If you come in the winter, it’s a good location and there will be many activities inside the village. But if you come here in other seasons like us, there will be boring and far from the downtown because lots of activities are stopped. You can take bus no.4 or Santa clause express to downtown at cost. Room with sauna is very good experience

MMok TMSantasport Hotel is an integrated resort with accommodation, trekking, skiing, bike riding, snowboarding and many other winter activities. They have track for all the activities and it was an enjoyable trip to explore the woods during winter.
The hotel has a bowling alley, swimming pool and sauna. It also has a cafe
Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are friendly and helpful. They attend to all guests need and never fail to impress.
Room size was reasonable and they also have a clothes drying cabinet. Bed is comfy and I had good sleeps. Breakfast was good with quality soread.
Will return to Santasport Hotel if I come for my winter holiday in Rovaniemi.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center. There's a mall and a large supermarket directly across the street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The room is a bit small, but very neat and clean. I highly recommend having breakfast at the hotel; Scandic hotels always have an amazing and delicious breakfast spread!

TTan SMThe Glass Igloo was great but you have to walk to the guesthouse for your showers. The breakfast was great and the restaurant provided good options for lunch and breakfast. For the adventurous, you can go to the nearby supermarket and cook your meal in the sheltered fireplace. Don't forget to experience either the traditional or the electrical sauna during your stay! Most importantly, participate in the guided activities with hot drinks and roasted sausages such as husky sled rides, aurora hunting, and ice skating.
