"Newly renovated hotel with spacious rooms and nice river view. Japanese and western style daily buffet breakfast included. There's also a public bath, coin laundry, fitness room and free parking for hotel guests. Excellent location as it's near the train station. The only thing is they blocked the smart TV features so I couldn't watch YouTube, Netflix etc. Hotel staff are nice and offered to change rooms for our friends. I'd definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Kitakami again!"

"Location is very good, just two minutes walk from JR station. The shuttle bus stop to ski area is just one minute walk. Next to hotel is a big parking lot. Room is clean, but no hook for hanging stuff in the bathroom. No expectation in public bath, better than nothing.
